“I had a problem with accessing the Twinkl website, so I sent an email to Twinkl asking them to help me as quickly as possible. Emma came to rescue in no time and saved me. I am very grateful to her for prompt support!”

“Very efficient, quick at replying and resolving a problem. Emails are not all computer generated, appears that real people are actually messaging and caring. Just a fabulous resource to have as a teacher and a great free diary! Thank you!”
