“Consistently does not publish bad product reviews. One item was advertised as original and turned out to be fake. When I stated this fact in my reciew they refused to publish stating that it is a complaint.

“Sellers confirms order with no physical stock.. don't even bother to inform you..once you follow your order and you receive order cancellation and best part of such pathetic admin service of souq.com is you can't give feedback or rate such seller as order got cancelled n was not complete. So no one can get to know about this loophole or maybe a trick souq uses on purpose

“Souq is not like amazon! It needs a million years to get there. They never let you post an honest review. So if reviews are controlled and you’re voice isn’t being heard by other customers, then where are the other reviews coming from? Yup, they are not real honest reviews! I experienced false advertisement on souq twice! The item is listed as something and then it arrives missing stuff. When you complain they only tell you to return it. Not thinking about the hassle and waste of time that they are causing and they already caused!
If you wanna to include warning people about such scam in your review, they don’t allow it! So they know it’s false info and they do nothing about it!”
