When we are selecting items the item price is different than after ordering the item. There are hidden charges not shown to customer. Item says its free delivery and after order, Souq charges delivery charges. Also system shows that if your use certain bank credit card there will be 15% discount, but after order there will not be any discount. So friends be careful with Souq.com. This is my experience today.

The delivery to a Dubai address was very poor. I ordered 3 books for my grandson for Christmas. Only one turned up. It was difficult to track the missing ones and the office didn't seem very concerned. Difficult to obtain refunds.

souq.com is cheated with me. when i ordered mobile phone and it was damaged. I returned but they are not accepting. They are selling damaged items. I don't trust online souq and i recommend not to buy from them

Souq's customer service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 12/12/2017 for wrong charge on my credit card with consistent follow up from my side. They asked me for my credit card statement on 7/2/2018 & replied on 23/2/2018 saying its a wrong charge by the bank, by which time it was too late for the bank. Would Amazon US get away with this kind of service in the US? They have still not sorted out my problem; standard reply is 'check with your bank.'

I can't imagine anywhere worse to buy from than souq.com. I thought that it was just in Egypt but I was shocked with the same experience even in UAE. Sellers are allowed to sell products that are already out of stock, also no real time inventory tracking which results in order not being delivered. Worst customer experience and satisfaction ever, at this rate they will be out of business soon. Cheap commerce software with zero advanced planning and optimization and of course no transportation management or at least it feels this way.

Everything is outdated here. From product to after sale service. You will die of following up with these people but you will not get the refund or they wouldnot return your product. Such a disgusting staff, dont know how to talh with customers. Please dont ever by from here. Thanks

Bought a 75 inch TV, it was faulty, have waited 3 weeks for collection and then they say it will be fixed or we will get a refund. Disgraceful service and lies when you call them.

screw this website I bought many times from them always issues and they always don't get you your rights because the system has limitation and there is no decision maker F**k that. Its a shame Amazon name is on this website

Still waiting on a refund on items that were NEVER delivered - over 6 weeks now and daily calls to them just result in nothing apart from empty promises. I would never use this company again.. disgraceful and daylight robbery - when asked where my money was they could not give an answer (apart from it was a technical glitch).. complete and utter rubbish.

I don't recommend using this company to buy items. The customer care is a total disappointment. When I placed the order it was showing me one amount, but they charged my credit card a higher amount. Customer service is saying it is a bug in their system, but refused to refund the difference. It seems we customers have to pay for their system issues.

I ordered from Souq.com on the 7th December and the items were meant to be delivered by the 12th. Of course, that date came and went with no delivery. I cancelled the order a day later and I haven't heard anything abut processing of the cancellation. It is now the 24th December. I receive no help when I email. They just send the generic computer generated responses. Awful service. Don't buy from this company.

Completely useless. Delivered wrong/faulty products twice, no refund and no response to inquiries. Will never use them again

iam very disappointed with souq.com refund system, since 1 month im following up with customer service but nothing had happend. it so pathetic service pls. dont waste your time or money on souq.com if there is any negative rating i could have given that too. my order no. 3066535717915 returned before accepting it on the same day cancelled online. people dont waste your time and money, in case you want to refund forget it.

Ordered something. Carrier company suspended delivery So I email souq.com service centre. Their suggestions for the solution is , I call carrier to follow up. They should take responsibility until it arrives to the customer. Apparently this company doesnt care if it arrives or not Once you pay. The worst online shopping experience ever.

I purchased a product from souq on 21st November 2017, received a totally different product on 27th, filed a return request but they r not sending any courier even after 15 days, and only saying we r sorry some one will come to pick up the item or i have to go drop it to their location. What is this...........................I AM DONE WITH SOUQ.COM, STAY AWAY

Were much better. They make a huge white Friday sale and can’t cater to the huge mount of orders. Do not care about their customers it seem and just drowned in an inch of water. Shame.

I have used Souk.com several times with no problems. I ordered MMA kickboxing gloves Nov 26, delivery Dec 3 as scheduled. The package label had the gloves description, I therefore paid the driver the 101 dhs cash. However, the package contained a computer mouse, no gloves. I called the driver immediately and was told to contact the call centre and he would return tomorrow. I was told by the call centre a tale about the cash refund not being a cash refund and going back on my account. I said I did not change my mind, you delivered the wrong thing. I only want the money back pending the correct item delivery. I expect the gloves delivered within 24 hours. No matter the outcome I am unlikely to use Souk.com in future.

Consistently does not publish bad product reviews. One item was advertised as original and turned out to be fake. When I stated this fact in my reciew they refused to publish stating that it is a complaint. This is not creating trust
