I have tried online and telephone call to obtain a VAT invoice for the amount paid on my order. I was told there would be an invoice in the package. But there was nothing! I still have not received a copy. Could you please forward me via email, the invoice. Regards Miss Silva

I am sorry you did not receive an invoice in the packaging on this occasion. Because of the timescales the goods were required in, we asked the manufacturer to send this item to you direct to get it there quicker, as such the paperwork was not included in the package. We have e-mailed a copy however and posted a hard copy out for you. I hope that helps and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery very expensive £35! and took almost two weeks to arrive. Wasn't kept informed and website should give an estimate of when the item will arrive by and whether it is in stock. Next day delivery option should be available. Small item arrived on a wooden pallet. Luckily the driver took it.

I am sorry you feel our delivery fell short of your expectations. We work very hard to make sure our goods arrive in pristine condition. In this instance your order was for a vanity unit and washbasin and as such we felt this was a very fragile item that would not have survived a journey through a standard courier network, we therefore sent the goods on a secure pallet network. Although a more expensive option, it does almost guarantee the goods arriving in perfect condition and given the large cost of these goods we felt it justified and necessary. We don't offer next day services on these type of goods as specialist carriers such as this are not able to transport this style of product that quickly. We feel that the 2-3 service is far better at ensuring the quality of delivery rather than a speedier but more risky option. I can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

It took 22 days from the order to the delivery. I had to call UK bathroom store approximately 10 times during that waiting period. The explanation given was "1st batch of bath tub from Germany had a crack and sent back and new batch is coming in about 1 week time" The newly mentioned delivery timing was also delayed by 3-4 days. if that is product defect and beyond the supplier's control, then I accept that, but I would have appreciated some phone call or email updates with apologies from the UK bathroom store. Instead, I was the guy to call again and again to chase them to act. My site builder was totally frustrated about the delay caused. At least, UK bathroom store did the product quality check before dispatch, which I appreciate at least, that is why I am not choosing "very poor"

I can only apologise at the lack of information given on this order. We work hard to make sure that goods are delivered on time and in perfect order and as you kindly stated we did this to the best of our ability during a difficult situation but I can see that we also let you down by not managing to keep you fully informed of this situation. I will be looking further into why this was and take action to try and ensure this is improved upon in future. Once again many apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The light was very nice that I ordered but it took a very long time to come and the communication regarding the delay was poor.

I ordered a bathroom, cabinet and was contacted to say it was arriving on Monday. It didn’t arrive, I rang and was told it would be here Wednesday. It arrived today. Sadly on the discription it states that it has an integral shaver point, but it doesn’t. Now waiting for it to be collected. What a waste of time and effort.

Very poor service from UKbathroom Store. When spending alot of money on bathroom furniture, you expect a certain amount of service. Firstly, on a very tight time scale, the delivery was delayed by a week. Then amongst many other things, our address was given to the supplier who tried to deliver it, even though this was never a possibility. Twice, I was told i would get a call back regarding the issues and received no call. On one occasion, it was on Thursday, and I did not hear back until Monday. very poor customer service indeed. At one point, neither, Ukbathroom Store, or the suppliers knew where the items were! I expect some good will in the form of a partial refund for the mess this has made with the installation of the bathroom.

I can only apologise for the delay in being able to get this item to you. The item was originally sent on time, direct from the supplier, but then my understanding is that the delviery address we needed to send this to was changed. We did make every effort to make this change for you but the goods had already left our supplier and ended up being returned to them undelivered. In the meantime we actioned a replacement set of goods to come into ourselves and be sent out using our own couriers but this process takes longer than the direct delivery we orignally attempted. As such when you rang up, the first set of goods was in the process of being returned to the depot and the second set was yet to arrive with our warehouse. As a result we are now trying to make improvements to the process so that we are able to change delivery addresses more efficiently in future.

Disappointingly this is yet another website that doesn't have a "live stock availability" and still expect the public to believe this as an excuse for showing items in stock, allowing you to fill out all of your data, make payment, then when that's all done send you an email saying they don't have stock of one item! I think it is totally unacceptable that companies still use this underhand method of getting you to place the order with them knowing you will probably not cancel the order, I waited over a month for the item. Other than that, good communication and delivered on the day over a month later they said it would be delivered, but still very disappointing they use this trick of showing items in stock when they fully know they are not.

I am sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations on this order. We don't show a live stock availability on out site but instead quote an expected delivery time. We do our best to ensure that these details are accurate but occasionally we can experience a slightly longer lead time from the factory than expected. I can only apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We always use the fastest express service availble when these happens and we sent the toilet roll holder on an expedited DPD service as soon as it arrived.

Delivery time was meant to be 2-3 working days. Arrived 5 days later. Order tracking was awful. Just didn’t work.

Apologies that this item took longer than expected to arrive. This particular item being a shower door, means that we have to use a specialist glass carrier, as such they ring ahead to book in the delivery rather than just arrive like a courier for smaller parcels. In this instance it took a couple of days to make contact and therefore the arrangements for the delivery. We do work hard with our couriers to get goods to users in the quoted timescales and will continue to try and improve this process. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Good product but inadequately packed. Foot tube was bent on arrival. I was able to re-bend it back to where it should be but it has left a small crease in the tube wall underneath the first tube joint. Due to the heavy weight of the item the packaging does not tolerate being being dropped and i suspect that is what the carriers did although there was no external damage to the box.

You originally told me the product would be delivered in three days and then when you failed to deliver I had to contact you to find that the item was out of stock😩 you eventually delivered last week

The goods that I bought from you have not been fitted yet so this review is purely on customer service, which was not good. My delivery was not on the day that was booked, which left me in a muddle as I was not at home, and when I phoned your customer service dept to find out what had happened the man I spoke to was not just unhelpful but very rude, he asked me at one point "do you want this delivered or not". Not once did he apologise for the delivery being a day early and the effort I had to go to to get someone organised to see it in. I am refurbishing a wet room soon but I doubt very much I will be shopping on your site for what I need.

Many apologies if you feel the delivery was not as you had expected. I have looked at this in detail for you to see what happened. The order had a specific delivery date requested on it which we tried to adhere to, we send the pallet down to the local delivery depot a couple of days prior to the delivery date in order to allow for contingency. As such if the depot know they are passing a particular drop they will sometimes ring a customer to give them the option of having the goods early if convenient. This appears to be what has happened on this occasion but the meaning has been lost along the way so apologies as it is meant to be a courtesy rather than an inconvenience. Also I am sorry if our customer service representative sounded off. The question was a genuine one to ask if you wanted the goods that day or the day after and was not meant to come across in a rude way.

This basin was ordered on the basis of assurances by telephone that it was in stock, you didn't inform us that it wasn't until we called to ask when it would be delivered. Poor service.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that this has happened. I am not sure who you spoke to but this manufacturers goods are always ordered in to order. As such we would always rely on the manufacturers stock levels to make any commitment to timescales like this. I will look further into the issue and come back to you. Delivery was two days late, and delivery driver wouldn't help my wife carry the heavy box into the house, a shoddy service from your delivery partners!

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery service, the item was ordered on Friday and despatched the same day for you on the agreed 48 working hour service. Delivery was signed for on Tuesday and as such we would regard this as on time so apologies if you felt that the delivery times listed were misleading. The selected delivery service was a roadside service and as such they are not insured to remove the items from the pallet I am afraid. I can only apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience and will endeavor to make these points clearer in future.

Poor communication, date of arrival changed by 1 month, told that they would refund until delivery date which didn't happen & when questioned they denied that this was ever discussed & not apart of there sales agreement. All it takes is a phone call to keep customers updated.

Apologies if you feel that we did not keep you up to date with this order. I can see that we e-mailed the new delivery date for you so if this was not received I can only apologise. According to our notes we did offer to refund the order for you but this would remove the allocation of the item to your order for when it came back into stock and you opted to leave the item on order to ensure that it was received as soon as stock was received. Item not delivered in 3 - 5 days as stated, turned out item not in stock. No communication from UK Bathroom Store, I had to keep chasing. Advised revised delivery date given were incorrect.

Delivered later than advertised on website and all the communications were incorrect. Lot of effort for a sink. Have more bathroom stuff to order and glad we didn’t do it all here.

A local company could not get the product I wanted for a week so I contacted UK Bathroom Store to see if they could help. A representative said they have the item available and can have it sent out by Thursday, on this provision I agreed and ahead with the purchase. After my purchase I called on Wednesday to confirm my order was on schedule for delivery, at that point I was told the item is not on site as of yet and will be collected from Phoenix later that day. The representative said the item would be dispatched on Thursday and will be delivered by Friday which was not too bad. Friday morning I got a call from the courier company advising the item would be delivered the following week, I asked them why the item was not being delivered on the same day, to which they replied the seller has not paid for this service therefore it could not be delivered to the following week. This was unacceptable because I had tradesmen booked to complete the work. I called UK Bathroom Store and raised my concerns, their customer service is non existent and the staff have a very negative attitude when questioned about the company failure to deliver what they promised. They failed to sort out my issue so in the end I had to leave work early and go and collect the item from Pallet Force. The product is exactly as described however the service was awful and for that reason I would not use them again or recommend to others.

I am really sorry that you feel you have not received great service from us as we pride ourselves on the service levels we give to our customers. This particular item that you ordered is collected from the manufacturer each Wednesday and as such we explained that we would therefore be able to ship it out to you on a next day service for Friday. This is exactly what happened and as yet I am unable to ascertain as to why you were told this was not the case. I will certainly look into this further to see where the issue occured but in the meantime I believe you have actually collected the goods directly from them. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Took 10 day to get a toilet seat delivered and this was only because I emailed and made repeated calls to customer care, who appeares to be the only employee working in several departments and answering the various departments

Apologies this item took longer than expected to arrive, we do state on this item that it will be 3-5 working days for delivery due to the way the seat is made and I can see from this order that it arrived after 6 working days. We are talking to the manufacturer to see if there is anyway we can speed up the production of the item during periods like this of high demand. I am sorry for any inconvenience the late delivery may have caused you.

Didn’t receive my order and had to contact you, was then told I should have a call to let me know there was a problem. I had arranged for my plumber to fit it the day after I should have received it, now of course I have to re-arrange! I still don’t know when I will receive my order! Very disappointed I have not used you before and probably won’t use/recommended your company. Not a good first impression!

I am sorry to hear that your experience is not as you would have expected it to be. I can see from your order that due to a picking error at the suppliers we were given the wrong product and as such we had to re order the item to get the correct one. My colleague did try to contact you to let you know of the delay but was not successful. We do advise all our customers not to book trades people in until they have received the goods as this can avoid cancellations and charges when an item is damaged or similar issues occur. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused you.
