Excellent service from start to finish collection and return with no problems. Would have cost me 3 x the repair cost to be new Bose system.

The Garmin S40 watch was not repaired at all. It was returned without explanation with the same fault as that that existed when I sent the watch to be repaired

Thanks for your feedback, Michael. Based on our repair record, the watch did undergo a completed repair. The battery was replaced and the unit was tested before return, which is documented on the invoice issued for the service. The device was not returned without work being carried out. The watch was dispatched back to you following successful testing, and a replacement charging cable was also included with the return. As with all services, we can only report on the condition and behaviour of the device during and immediately after testing in our workshop. If you’d like us to go through the repair notes or test results again using your repair reference, our support team will be happy to assist.

Very professional service from start to finish. I received regular updates, a clear assessment of the fault and a transparent quote before any work was carried out. The repair was completed exactly as described and the device now works perfectly. Packaging and return delivery were also handled well. Overall, a reliable and knowledgeable repair centre.

I only sent my Cocktail X10 player for radio repair after Electronic partners advertised they could do such repairs. The cd player and cd hard drive storage worked perfectly fine, it was just the radio I asked to be repaired. 2 weeks later I get my machine back with an email saying that they could not repair the radio and on firing up my machine I find they have either wiped my 237 cd collection from the hard drive or removed the hard drive altogether as the machine now indicates, no hard drive fitted. They have only examined the machine but managed to turn a perfectly good cd ripper/player into a lump of junk. Do not trust these people with anything of yours, they will ruin it. They fixed the problem of a 30 year old Kenwood cassette tape player with a broken drive belt and damaged tape -reading head, but it did take 5 or 6 weeks.

Overall a good service. My smart watch scroll button had stopped working and Electronic Partners fixed it for the price quoted. Only minus was the period of time which was about a month and more than the 'normal' stated periods, and I had to chase a few times when the 'diagnostic in process' period seemed to have been ongoing for a while. That said the requests for updates (tickets) were responded to quickly and my watch was returned in good condition and most importantly working well.
