“Usually my in-store experience in Brooksville, FL is annoying to horrible. They are either out of every color I need, or the employees at checkout register are completely incompetent or nasty. Today, a new face; someone named Donny. He was helpful, genuine, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to address my questions and needs. They need to hire an entire store of “Donny’s.” This man is truly a treasure.”
