“LOVE this Clinique counter! Heather is AMAZING. I walked in needed some guidance on makeup since its been so long since Ive done my makeup. She walked me through some products that fit well with my skin & looked flawless. She also showed me how to use them. Her attention to detail, my skins special needs and my her approach with my makeup skill level was so appreciated. She is also incredibly talented & kind. I can't wait to come back to her in the future for my makeup needs.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Julissa from Lancome at the Holmdel, New Jersey store. She is incredibly talented and made me feel confident and radiant. She used Lancôme products that felt amazing on my skin and looked even better—flawless, lightweight, and long-lasting. Her attention to detail, ability to match tones perfectly, and calm, professional energy made the whole process a joy. She truly brought out my best features and exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend Julissa to anyone looking to feel stunning and empowered.”

“Channel Make up consultant, Toni Smith is the BEST! If you need any makeup or facial tips about any brand, I highly recommend going to the Euless, Texas store and ask for her! She is so professional and extremely knowledgeable in the skin care, or make up area. Toni always takes time and explains the product or shows you how to apply it. She is also very friendly and trustworthy. I have been to many Ulta stores all over the U.S. and she is by far the BEST!”

“Had a great experience at Ulta in Arlington! Maddy was very friendly and greeted me when i walked through the door, also made the checkout process very smooth and efficient. Arie helped me choose my fragrance and was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this location!”

“I struck gold when I found Gabby at the Ulta at the Rim in San Antonio. I have my hair styled once a week and always look forward to my appointment. Gabby is warm,friendly, and knowledgeable about the hair products, and will often makes positive suggestions. The vibe and the energy from the other stylists helps to make my visit fun.”

“I shopped at the Lawrence ks. Store . I was about to give up shopping at this store as I could never find someone who was helpful or even acted like I was in the store. This time , however a big 5 stars to Aliyanah (spelling may be wrong ). I was looking for a new foundation and concealer for older dry skin. She introduced me to Estée Lauder and took the time to color match. This lady needs a raise and Ulta needs more people like her .”

“I am a customer at the Cartersville, Georgia location. If you want a fantastic make up consultation stop by and visit Deshawns. The absolute best you could find in a person. Always going the extra mile to help you with finding your make up, how you would use and how to get the most out of your makeup. Best of all she recommends what she thinks works best for you and asks how do you feel about it. I recently stopped by to make a purchase and had a question about a diffuser and if she knew anything about the diffuser I was asking about she said a little bit but I will ask the hairdresser about it and will get back in touch with you. Of course Deshawns got back to me with information about the product. Please stop by and introduce yourself tell her Kelly says hello!”

“I went in for a pretty big haircut for me, as I have grown my hair out for most of my life and got at least a foot and a half chopped off. My stylist, Devlyn Lapp, was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. My hair turned out amazing, and I couldn’t be happier.”

“I returned 2 shampoos and conditioners to Ulta, Monroeville. PA. The general mgr., Nancy Urbanek finished the return and was very polite to me. I have fine hair and am trying different shampoos to correct the problem. I visit the store quite often and appreciate the staff members' expertise. I learn something new every time I visit Ulta. “Eithen was super awsome helping me find the color of the foundation that I needed because I hadn't bought it in a while and the color had rubbed off on the makeup I had so I didn't know what color it was and he was super amazing helping me take care of this I am a return customer and I appreciate him so if you come in here you might want to ask for his help cuz he's super amazing”
