“I wanna say thank you for the great service and help as a 70 year old woman wanting to shop 200 dollars perfume no one wanted to help until I got to the online pick up and I met daisy Marquez from Ulta winrock Albuquerque nm she helped me do it online for her some who lives in El Paso. She went out of her way to help a blessing.”

“My mother went to Ulta a few weeks ago to make a hair appointment she is 65 years old so she really did not know how to go about it. She is just now telling me about her experience . She went to the Ulta in Charlotte NC or Rea Rd. She said the young lady who helped her name was Dona she was a manager. My mom said she walked and in and Dona greeted her with a beautiful smile. Asked her how her day was and if she could help you find anything. My mom told her she wanted to Acura hair appointment so Dona told her I can help step right over to the computer. She said as she was making the appointment for a relaxer and color Dona said you know what let’s go talk to the stylist to make sure this is something they can do because I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to do both of those the same day. Dona took her back and she met the stylist that would be doing her hair and the stylist explained that getting a color and relaxer the same wasn’t a good idea cause it can pull her hair out. My mom was who never makes her own appointment was so grateful for Dona . I just want to say that my mom can not stop talking about how sweet and wonderful Dona was to her. I don’t know if she’ll see this but if anyone who works at the Ulta beauty on rea rd in Charlotte nc knows Dona tell her I said thank you for being so kind and patient with my mother!”

“Kudos to Jakeup at Ulta in Port St. Lucie West, FL who did a phenomenal job coloring and styling my hair. He came highly recommended by a friend. It was my first time with Jakeup and I'm happy to say I found my new hairdresser! He has a fantastic personality, and I feel like I knew him forever. Thank you again Jakup for an outstanding cut and color!”

“This Past Monday I drove a friend to the Ultra Beauty Store on Columbus Blvd to search for a foundation . The Beauty Advisor-Kaliyah assisted her . She provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to her her find the right product for her skin type. Additionally, she assisted me with products for my thinning hair and a lip look that i have been try to find for sometime . She had a strong understanding of the products We need more sales representatives like her i. As a result I will frequent that location in the future. You Rock Kaliyah.”

“This past week I visited an ULTA store on Cobb Parkway in Atlanta near Truist Park. I was helped by a lovely lady whose name is Dria, I believe she said her full first name is Fredria or Fredrica, anyways, she was very nice and helpful, she really knew her stock. This is such a rare quality found in store clerks these days. It was easy to see Dria was passionate about her chosen profession and that she takes pride in her job. I hope she will be at ULTA next time I go in, she helped me so much with her suggestions. Thank you ULTA, you got this one right! Happy customer!”

“This location is a one stop shop for superb customer service. Nika, who works in the salon, is a best in class VIP experienced professional. Her speed, patience, and attention to detail is unmatched. Most importantly, she is an amazing guide for healthy hair and appropriate hair care products. She just inherited a regular client!”

“After having a laser procedure done on my face, I went into my local Ulta Beauty (Mishawaka IN) for some help to temporarily cover the dark spots caused by the laser. Adrian was awesome!! He spent so much time looking for and applying just the right product to help me look my best! I will definitely go back!!”

“I usually dislike going into Ulta. Most of the employees are not so friendly, but today I hit the jackpot! I was blown away by Nicole's customer service! She was so nice, I felt like I've known her my whole life! What a great experience! Panama City Beach FL locate!”

“I went for a root touch up and Amelia H ( the Ulta on West Main St in Kalamazoo, MI) did a great job. She is very conscientious and took her time. I am very particular so for me to say she did a great job says a lot. Thanks Amelia”

“I’ve never had an Issue with Ulta, In fact they still allow me to scan my old membership card. Ulta delivers with hot tools and my normal hair products for hair styling my clients. Once i wasn’t happy with a hot tool and I was able to exchange with no issues”

“I cant speak highly enough of Dalacey Minor at Ulta store 1308 in Alpharetta. She was so helpful. She did everything with a smile. I love the lipsticks I purchased. Please recognize her for her great customer service and really representing the Ulta Brand so well. She's awesome!”

“My review is for the ULTA Beauty in Sequim, WA; Store #1336. This store is stocked with multiple products and sales associates who are educated in pairing your beauty needs to the appropriate products. The Manager, Brittney has trained her staff well to listen to the customer & address the customers courteously. When I had a product malfunction issue, Brittney cheerfully refunded me for the product & treated me with first class service. I will always choose ULTA as they treat me, their customer, like I am right. Additionally, Alyssa M has assisted me graciously to find the best products for my facial needs & hair, I really appreciate her help. Marianne is another great associate who is kind and will get me help if needed. She always gives me blue ribbon service with a big smile. Thank you Brittney, Alyssa M & Mariann at ULTA! Sara”
