I shopped at the Lawrence ks. Store . I was about to give up shopping at this store as I could never find someone who was helpful or even acted like I was in the store. This time , however a big 5 stars to Aliyanah (spelling may be wrong ). I was looking for a new foundation and concealer for older dry skin. She introduced me to Estée Lauder and took the time to color match. This lady needs a raise and Ulta needs more people like her .

Worst customer service experience ever. I made an online purchase of 11 items & received a notice that all items shipped together. When the box arrived 2 items were missing. Ulta never let me know the items hadn't been shipped. I contacted Ulta customer service via text message. Got tossed around between agents & finally one said they would ship the items to me. I waited 10 days & still never received the items. I contacted Ulta customer service again, this time via phone, explained the situation to the agent & asked that the items be shipped overnight. She refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The agent placed me on hold & then hung up on me. I called back, requesting a supervisor again & again the agent hung up on me. After calling a 3rd time to request a supervisor, being placed on hold, & then hung up on again, I called back for the 4th and final time & told the agent to issue a refund. I also told the agent that i had been a loyal customer for over 10 years but because of this experience I would never purchase another thing from Ulta. She responded with "ok". No apology or acknowledgement. If I could give Ulta zero stars I would.

I am a customer at the Cartersville, Georgia location. If you want a fantastic make up consultation stop by and visit Deshawns. The absolute best you could find in a person. Always going the extra mile to help you with finding your make up, how you would use and how to get the most out of your makeup. Best of all she recommends what she thinks works best for you and asks how do you feel about it. I recently stopped by to make a purchase and had a question about a diffuser and if she knew anything about the diffuser I was asking about she said a little bit but I will ask the hairdresser about it and will get back in touch with you. Of course Deshawns got back to me with information about the product. Please stop by and introduce yourself tell her Kelly says hello!

this river forest location is one of the WORST!!!!! andres had the biggest attitude. I don't care what your issue is; you need to do your job. He clearly only works for a cheap check. Gross!

I went to get a full highlight foil, platinum blonde, and I come out a dirty ash blonde this was at the San Marcos, California location. Three months ago prior to that I went to the Oceanside location and the same thing happened. It’s not the toner they’re not using the right developer or the bleach. I have been going to Ulta for many years. I am completely unsatisfied. I paid $225. That includes a tip and I am not happy. I work a full day to make that amount of money Amber who did my hair she was kind and sweet. She did do a lot of work, but she clearly did not get me. I brought pictures of how I’ve had my hair done in the past for the last 25 years. I’m actually taking this to corporate and I’m going to demand my money back and I’m gonna fight hard because I’m tired of getting screwed over by people that don’t know what they’re doing. I added a photo of how my hair is platinum blonde and I come home a dirty blonde.

I had a cut and express keratin treatment. A week later I am straightening it like I would without the treatment doesn’t seem any different than my normal hair does. Feel like a cut and a blow out would have been the same. Waste of money in my opinion.

Took my daughter for hair and makeup for her prom. WOW just wow the stylist was amazing so patient and informative. Made my daughter look absolutely stunning. Thank you

I went in for a pretty big haircut for me, as I have grown my hair out for most of my life and got at least a foot and a half chopped off. My stylist, Devlyn Lapp, was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. My hair turned out amazing, and I couldn’t be happier.

Ulta is an amazing place and it's my personal favorite place to buy skincare. Like drunk elephant,byoma and bubble. I love Ulta and for sure recommend it!!!

My online purchase came with a free gift. After I place the order for delivery, I noticed the gift wasn’t included in the order anymore. I contacted Ulta and they said I needed to to roll something in the checkout to say I actually wanted the free gift. They refused to give it to me. They refused to let me come pick it up in the store. They said because I didn’t toggle something at checkout. I’m out of luck horrible horrible customer service I can buy my make up cheaper other places and I really didn’t want to order anything for delivery. I ordered it because there was a gift that I didn’t get I spent an hour of my workday on the phone with customer service only to be told too bad sorry for the inconvenience.

Lisa was soooo AMAZING at the Cypress Location! Lisa took her time to help my niece get her new beauty tool belt line of make up and guidance coaching her how to apply her new products. Plz acknowledge Lisa what great customer service she provides educating us with a pure heart making my niece feel so beautiful and confident.

The customer service staff on the phone is useless. I have been a member since 2009. They linked my daughter and my email and phone numbers and are not capable of unlinking them. Very disappointed in their company. Have called multiple times and there are no supervisors. And there is no IT department. Shame on the CEO. And the staff in store can never help.

Happy with my hair at the New Bern NC Ulta but not the moldy walls where the wash station is! The walls are taped with what looks like packing tape. This is an immediate health danger. I have allergies and am highly allergic to mold. This is unacceptable for client's health. This needs to be repaired right away!

I returned 2 shampoos and conditioners to Ulta, Monroeville. PA. The general mgr., Nancy Urbanek finished the return and was very polite to me. I have fine hair and am trying different shampoos to correct the problem. I visit the store quite often and appreciate the staff members' expertise. I learn something new every time I visit Ulta. Terrible customer service! I took a defective item back to the store which I purchased on line for an even exchange. And they made me pay the tax even though I had already paid tax when I purchased it! I tried to call customer Service but they were no help

This was possibly the second time I was in Ulta. Breanna helped me this evening. She listened to what I was looking for and selected tester and products. This was a friendly and helpful young woman. She is definitely a plus for your store. Carol Smoot

I ordered products on sale and could not get the payment to go through successfully. I texted and called the customer service staff and was assured they would have it corrected within 48 hrs and the sale prices would be honored. I contacted them again after 4 days and got the same runaround. They told me to enter another card...try again. All the things I tried with the first representative i spoke with. Then told me the again it had been escalated. I looked at the bag of products and the prices had doubled as they were 1 day beauty steals. I've never encountered such poor customer service from a company. I'm uninstalling the app and shopping at sephora and other places in the future. It appears that their customer service reps are offshore and sending pre-written emails and reading from scripts.

I love the products, but the credit card Ultra provides is difficult to pay. The company to pay is Comenity. When you try and pay by a debit card, they ask for a phone number and NONE of the numbers you enter works for enrolling online payment. It is ridiculous!! You have to give a phone person your social security to get it paid or add it to the website. I don't know about you but giving my social to a complete stranger is NOT going to happen! I cut up the card and will no longer use it!

Camy, from the ULTA Beauty store on W. Chandler Ave, Chandler, AZ was a darling! She was so patient, courteous, helpful, gentle and understanding. I have never had such a pleasant experience shopping for make-up/skincare as I did that day and my ULTA bill reflects it! She was a great listener and despite my being repetitive, she maintained her politeness and kind-hearted demeanor. I will definitely be returning to this store and hope Camy will be there to assist! As for the store itself, I love the selection they currently have. What I do wish they would improve on is the lighting. For a store where color matching is crucial, I would hope they upgrade accordingly to better assist us customers with our decision-making process which could ultimately lead to increased sales and decreased returns.

Eithen was super awsome helping me find the color of the foundation that I needed because I hadn't bought it in a while and the color had rubbed off on the makeup I had so I didn't know what color it was and he was super amazing helping me take care of this I am a return customer and I appreciate him so if you come in here you might want to ask for his help cuz he's super amazing
