“Heather at the Pasadena location for MAC is amazing. She show me a demo of how to apply my makeup for my bday, she was extremely personable and had great customer service. We need more representatives around like Heather! Thanks for all you do Heather!”

“I have been seeing Jamie at the Dover, DE Ulta salon for almost a year now. Jamie knows exactly what I want when it comes to coloring and styling my hair. I have never had one bad experience since day one. Also, I find the customer service to be very helpful at checkout and also throughout the store. Thank you, Jamie.”

“My daughter and I got our hair cuts done a few weeks ago by Libby and Jessica. I cant tell you enough how welcomed we felt. The customer service was through the roof. They educated us on our hair care routines and we both are extremely please with how our hair turned out. We will definitely be returning. Jessica and Libby are amazing.”

“I always go to Ulta at old saybrook and Mary she is so professional and always nice I never go to other to do my hair because she is the best she really know how to make you pretty and she always so happy to ask question .. I love her and she’s really perfect hairstylist..I wish she won’t leave in old saybrook she’s amazing and the best! ❤️😊❤️😊”

“Tamaris was the best customer service person I have met at Ulta in Rehobeth Beach, DE. I have found their other reps rude and dismissive; it has kept me out of the store. But I felt very good when Tamaris approached and offered help. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will go back if I can deal with him.”

“My order was sent the same day! It arrived very quickly and the free Ulta gift I got was super cute and had tons of products in a cute makeup bag. I love their waterfall moisturizer.”

“I made a purchase from Ulta recently and received a box a week past it's suggested delivery date that was completely battered. When opened, all of my products had been removed from their individual packages and the lids had been opened or unscrewed. Ulta responded within 24 hours of me reaching out and completely replaced my order, which arrived in perfect condition.”

“I recently bought a full coverage foundation, full coverage concealer, mascara, and the rose gold eyeshadow palette. I have been searching for a long time to find a foundation that not only matched my skin tone but also wasn't heavy nor look cakey. Ulta did just that. Not only is the foundation, and concealer, light-weight but also looks really natural yet covers all blemishes. As far as the two-faced better than sex mascara, one word: perfection. It is now my staple for makeup. I don't leave home without it. Also, the rose gold eyeshadow palette is really beautiful. There is an equal amount of both matte and shimmer shades and they are super pigmented which is nice. I have not had any problems with the Ulta brand makeup so far and am very pleased. I also appreciate the little gifts they throw in. I got a variety pack which included some lipsticks, bronzer/brush, and a perfume. All of which I love and plan to buy (as soon as I use up all my other products). Thank you Ulta!”
