They charged me for Express shipping and now my items won't be here for 5 more days when they were supposed to be here yesterday. Now my son doesn't have the clothes he needs for camp on time. They offered to give me a promo code for my inconvenience. Like I'm going to shop with them again.

I called customer service 4 times over 2 weeks, holding on - extention not available - redirected to switch board - gets cut off. Emailed requesting a ring back - followed up twice with emails - no reply. Shocking... Customer service non existent!

Ordered on 5/22/2022 a pair of shoes, got an email FEDEX label created on 05/25/2022. Under Armour says shipped. Contacted FEDEX with tracking number yesterday 05/26/2022 and It hasn't even been picked up yet. Delivery date 05/26/2022 never showed, updated delivery date 05/30/2022 last night. Updated delivery date as of this morning 06/03/2022. I would research underarmour. Com reviews before you click add to cart and check out. LOTS of negative reviews. I should have done this prior to buying from this company.

Order a pair of shoes, never was delivered!! Do not l, I repeat do NOT order from underarmour.com the actual official website! I know there is a lot of reviews but take this one for the record! $80 gone!

I ordered two bags from the Company. I got an email that my product was on the way. But then they cannceled my order with no explanation. I tried to contackt them by phone but got hug up on becase the costumer service was unaunavailable at the moment. I also sent them an email, but has not ressived any answer. I will never buy anything from this Company again.

I just got my Tribase Reign 4 and I like it except for how they shipped the shoe with just the original box that can be easily smashed during shipment. See photos.

Hello there, Thanks for the experience and the product. The products I’ve recently ordered are great. Pretty good material and durable. However, I won’t order anything from UnderArmour until it uses FedEx as a partner. Just awful. Two out of four drop off point don’t exist, one wouldn’t take my parcel and the fourth charges me £5 for a drop off. Absolutely awful experience. Do not buy unless you are certain you don’t have to send it back. Best, Roland

This company is a bunch of thieves! Recied a gift card, had to make several order because after the orders were placed I recieved an out of stock notification for at least one item Everytime, then had to fight tooth and nail to get the money put back on my gift card.. after the 4th time this happened they just took the remaining $35.00 and will not put it back on the card.. STAY AWAY from this rip off website! DO NOT deal with UNDER ARMOUR.COM. or this will undoubtedly happened to you.

UA cancelled my order with no explanation, no email, no contact AFTER confirming the purchase and delivery date with an email. This was a Corporate purchase and I was given no explanation for the order cancellation. I confirmed with my CC company that the transaction was not cancelled on their end and it was not. Avoid purchasing through UA if you are a Corporate buyer or placing a large order

I've ordered two pairs of Under Armour shoes. One I have for running and I've experienced some pain in my heels and arch while running in them. The second pair is training shoes. I actually really enjoyed using them in the gym while weightlifting, or doing exercises that didn't require running or walking. I wouldn't recommend this brand for running but if you're looking for a training shoe then definitely try their shoes out.

I have ordered a 2nd pair of shoes, first time we got the wrong size but box size was correct-NOT the shoes. It took a month for reimbursement. 2nd order was a mistake because I decided to give them a 2nd chance….BUT my order was never delivered but I received a delivery notice so I had to order another pair but in a different color since my original color no longer carried the size I wanted. I will never order online again, we are now in March and my initial order was in mid January. I had provided an online review through UA and it was denied!! Clearly Under Armour is sweeping complaints under the rug. I also don’t understand why pickup isn’t available when I live minutes from the store and a factory near sandy point MD. Completely unsatisfied!!! Not worth it. Buy in store if you have too or don’t shop there at all. I’m sure they will sweep this review under the rug too, shame on you!

Have 2 pairs of tennis shoes that the webbing on the top came apart, so you can see my toe. For the price you pay, they sure didn't last long.

Is this how under armour treats there customers ???? After spending a bomb at your showroom this is what I get that you completely insane workers point a finger at me and tell me that I am blacklisted in front of other customers ????? First you give me a used pair of shoe if I return it .. is this what I get in return when it’s your FAULT , and I am BLACKLISTED .. I promise you .. I’ll burn your clothes.. and have a hoarding in front of your shop saying how you treat your loyal customers .. well the biggest surprise is that you LOST A GENUINE CUSTOMER..

Still waiting for my refund and it’s been two weeks! I had a lot of problems with under armour. They said I received a replacement and I never received a replacement and customer service is the worst!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Under Armour as a whole. I used to buy quite a bit from them online but havent for awhile BUT, before christmas I ordered a cold gear pullover and the website, instead of adding my selected XL, it added the true fit recommendation L. The second I checked out I tried to contact customer service but because I used Klarna they couldnt make changes. Fast forward to when it arrived, I shipped it back. My item arrived on 1/10/22. I have since contacted CS via chat and have been told first, 10-14 days. The second time I was told 10-14 BUSINESS days I would get my refund. Now today being business day 14 I am being told 14-28 days. What a freaking joke! An item that I didnt even select the size, under armour did, I paid for almost two months ago and cant seem to get muy money back for despite their website adding the true fit size instead of the XL I selected. Dont order from them unless you know 100% your size because you may never see your money again

I gave one star because I can't give 0. I have ordered a shirt only to receive an email 2 days later iy is out of stock. I made another choice, it shipped, never received. So I called to try to get help THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They will say "rest assured......" it is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
