“I did a refund 17 days ago for some shoes that were 2 sizes smaller than what they write on them, and still didn't get my money back. On the official website they are saying that the whole return process can take up to 14 days(which is outrageous anyway), then they tried to lie to me that it can take 14 working days. When I confrunted them, they days they are sorry and to wait more. Really??!!! Was my first time worderinf something from them, but NEVER AGAIN !!!”

“They have deceptive promos that do not fully disclose stipulations. There was a buy $100 get $20 Armour card that you can use later during a specified time. Said $20 Armour card has a minimum spend and more stipulations on use that were not disclosed at time of purchase. If I had know that I would have not even bothered with any purchase. I had purchased 2 gift cards for $50 each. They sent two cards but only one had $50. The 2nd gift card had $0 ZERO !!! So I paid $100 for a $50GC and don’t even want to use the $20 Armour card because of the spend minimum. Customer service is a horrible experience of ignorant and incompetent apathetic employees. Before the gift cards had shipped out I had contacted customer service to find out where my $20 Armour card was. They said I should receive a code after my order shipped out. If I had known about the stipulations on the $20 Armour card, I would have canceled the order before it shipped out saving me the headaches and anger at the incompetence of the entire company. Hours spent on chats and on the phone led me nowhere. This company deserves to get run into the ground. I hope all the athletes dump this company because this is a horrible company of hypocrites who only care about $$ not social, cultural, nor environmental concerns. I hope everyone boycotts this company.”

“This company sucks. I tried to order a sale item for 4 hours. My order would not go through but I did receive an email after that telling me it was okay to order now. So I tried to order it and items no longer available. This company should be ashamed of itself. And they don't have a place to leave feedback on their website. It's no wonder!”

“I purchased several performance polo shirts to wear as dress casual for my business. The collar on these shirts ravel up like a two dollar shirt. I thought there would be some type of quality control being these were a name brand product but I suppose not.”

“they refused to post a review because they said it was against their guidelines even though it was appropriate for any person of any age to see or hear. i had a few people re-read it to make sure i wasn't lying and 100% of people said the only guideline i as breaking was that i wasn't satisfied with the product and i was even less satisfied with the customer service. they lost a customer for life”

“I had worst experience buying Under Armour product from their show room in Pacafic Mall Dehradun India. My track pant was torn after one wear. Very bad quality even though it is so expensive. No one attends to you after your complaint.”

“Bought UA Lockdown 5’s , went half size up as usual with any of my footwear as I had no feeling for over 12 years of being wheelchair bound so not having wiggle room would send them numb again so these were perfect 👍🏼 fitted a treat , look as the pictures and price was amazing 🤩, great delivery service 2 days . First class”

“I called customer service 4 times over 2 weeks, holding on - extention not available - redirected to switch board - gets cut off. Emailed requesting a ring back - followed up twice with emails - no reply. Shocking... Customer service non existent!”

“Ordered on 5/22/2022 a pair of shoes, got an email FEDEX label created on 05/25/2022. Under Armour says shipped. Contacted FEDEX with tracking number yesterday 05/26/2022 and It hasn't even been picked up yet. Delivery date 05/26/2022 never showed, updated delivery date 05/30/2022 last night. Updated delivery date as of this morning 06/03/2022. I would research underarmour. Com reviews before you click add to cart and check out. LOTS of negative reviews. I should have done this prior to buying from this company.”

“I ordered two bags from the Company. I got an email that my product was on the way. But then they cannceled my order with no explanation. I tried to contackt them by phone but got hug up on becase the costumer service was unaunavailable at the moment. I also sent them an email, but has not ressived any answer. I will never buy anything from this Company again.”

“Hello there, Thanks for the experience and the product. The products I’ve recently ordered are great. Pretty good material and durable. However, I won’t order anything from UnderArmour until it uses FedEx as a partner. Just awful. Two out of four drop off point don’t exist, one wouldn’t take my parcel and the fourth charges me £5 for a drop off. Absolutely awful experience. Do not buy unless you are certain you don’t have to send it back. Best, Roland”

“This company is a bunch of thieves! Recied a gift card, had to make several order because after the orders were placed I recieved an out of stock notification for at least one item Everytime, then had to fight tooth and nail to get the money put back on my gift card.. after the 4th time this happened they just took the remaining $35.00 and will not put it back on the card.. STAY AWAY from this rip off website! DO NOT deal with UNDER ARMOUR.COM. or this will undoubtedly happened to you.”

“UA cancelled my order with no explanation, no email, no contact AFTER confirming the purchase and delivery date with an email. This was a Corporate purchase and I was given no explanation for the order cancellation. I confirmed with my CC company that the transaction was not cancelled on their end and it was not. Avoid purchasing through UA if you are a Corporate buyer or placing a large order”

“I've ordered two pairs of Under Armour shoes. One I have for running and I've experienced some pain in my heels and arch while running in them. The second pair is training shoes. I actually really enjoyed using them in the gym while weightlifting, or doing exercises that didn't require running or walking. I wouldn't recommend this brand for running but if you're looking for a training shoe then definitely try their shoes out.”
