“After a promise delivery date of some sweet, purple women's training shoes of 11/3, I waited a week. I then chatted with a "Baby Boy E" who said he verified it hadn't moved at the fedex location and that he would cancel and rush me a new pair. A week later, I tracked them and it still hadn't moved from the location it was at and the new pair was also never ordered. They said it was a stolen package and they could not rush a new pair. Then why say that? After being put on hold twice, they returned to say they couldn't do that either because my size was no longer available. Fine, refund me, but horrible service. Also, this is not verified, but my debit card also had fraud on it in the middle of all this. My guess is someone stole my shoes and my card.”

“I bought some UA running shoes for $90 about a month ago and I loved the way they look and fit. But now they’re getting holes where the stitching around the leather (?) upper part of the shoe that is around the front of the shoe and the fabric meet. I wear them a lot but still, one month and my shoes look worn out. This has happened with almost every pair of UA shoes I’ve had. Not impressed with the quality of materials or craftsmanship for what they cost. I’ve had shoes from Walmart last longer
for a fraction of the price. These guys are losing their edge!”

“This is my first experience buying something from Under Armour and it will be my last. I purchased a mask to use because I had an upcoming flight. I’ve used a number of masks since the pandemic started but a friend of mine told me the Under Armour was the most comfortable one he has tried. I figured I’d give it a try. After not receiving a update for when the item was shipped because I paid for priority mail I called customer service. It was in their system but there was no movement in their warehouse. I wouldn’t order or trust Under Armour if you want anything to arrive on time.”
“I have no problem with your item quality, but I have a problem with your customer services for instance last week I have an order which must be delivered on a specific day, but the carrier has changed and reschedule delivery day more than once. I chatted with the customer service center online hope they will solve my problem by either expedite the delivery process or refund, but the agent I was talking to who name Amy G just told me we can't refund you without explaining to me why finishing the chat window by having a nice day and disconnected the chat from her end.
Excuse me, what type of customer service is this leaving your customer at loose end with no answer, also not committed to the delivery date as stated on your website. I am very disappointed and will no longer do business with you guys and will not recommend your service to anyone I know.”
