Very bad customer service and experience. In July the 20th I ordered a back pack for a trip with friends. I had the trip on the 3rd of august. And got the shipment tracking on time. The shipment was delivered on the 25th. Once I reached home the same night I didn't find it. Waited for the next day and decided to call under armour. They told me if I could wait as they were suppose to send me a reshipment. Waited till 2 nd aug a day before my trip to find any updates since I didn't receive any emails. Was told that she haven't shipped out and will be processing a refund. Today the 18th Aug since I didn't get the money in my account I called under armour and wanted to talk to the supervisor and I was told but by sandy that they would not issue an refund as they claimed it with fedex and Fedex apparently told them that I was delivered the right address. I wasn't even called or followed up by fedex. I am not at all happy with this experience and goin to write this experience in all social media platform to share my experience and hopeully the managers or the management to hear this issue. My order number is P-180-9830-7214.

Dont buy their tennis shoes. I bought two pair at different times. I had them about 3 to 6 months and a hole developed on the inside of the shoe in the back. When I called and complained they wanted to discount me a pair. I said no I bought 2 pair and they both did the same thing. I want a pair for free. I was told they cant to that. I do not waste my money on their shoes anymore.

Ordered shoes. Never got them. called UPS to schedule another delivery, never came. Used chat to complain, they said they opened an investigation. No further contact. Used chat for like 5 times, never got anything and now told me that I have to use email. After 2 months still have no shoes or money back. Worst online company I had to deal with. 1.68 stars really fit

Ordered two pairs of trainers, recieved no information regarding delivery. Visited site and spoke with online chat. Was told as items had left for dispatch it was effectively no longer there problem. I was given two tracking codes for two separate couriers, then spent 90 minutes trying to find out where my parcels were. Still have not received the trainers. I have complained to Under Amour as yet no response. Seems once payment has been made the customer service is none existent.

I ordered 2 yellow and two orange shirts for 159 dollars. Email confirmation said 4 yellow. I called back and was told it was to late to change order, to return on receipt. 159 charged to pay pal. I then ordered 1 orange and 2 maroon shirts at 119 dollars on debit card. All shipped in one package. Driver could not find me and returned package. Under armour credited ONE SHIRT at 39 $ , WHICH WAS The debit card order, to pay pal ! This order was total 119$. Pay pal alerted me the purchase was 159.! Calling tomorrow. I have never seen screw ups like this.

Made an order with this company, money was instantly taken from my bank account, delivery was for 23rd June I have a screen shot of the delivery day. I waited in all day, no delivery. Checked the tracking again that evening, it had changed to 25th June, stayed in all day again nothing, in the afternoon went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee and found a note on the carpet from fedex saying they could not make anybody home so took the parcel back to depot, even though we were in, our car was in the drive and the dogs were out loose in the garden, the dogs would have warned us of anybody at the door, nothing. phoned under Armour customer service this afternoon 26th June, and what a vile man I got through to. He said: He did not care that we stayed in for 2 days that was up to us. I told him we had a contract between Under Armour and myself, on my part I order and pay for the item on their part they deliver on the day the customer has been told. This is in their terms. He replied it is nothing to do with them, I should contact the carrier, I explained he has the contract with the carrier not myself the carrier is a third party employed by Under Armour so they should contact the carrier not me. All the time we were talking, I would allow him to speak, but he continuously talked over me, until in the end I unfortunately told him, this is the exact reason the UK does not want to be part of the EU and told him to eff off. My advice is stay well away from Under Armour, they have no consideration for us the customer who is paying their wages.

This is totally unacceptable! You told me on a recorded line that this replacement order WILL be expedited to our billing address.  That also has not taken place after the UA representative explained a problem with our original order.  It is horrible customer service to promise a resolve that you have NO intention of doing.  We could have easily purchased Reebok, Nike, or other merchandise without misleading information.   The only reason we tried UA is that our 11 yo daughter liked the gear.   Now I have Jane on the phone having her manager (Dane) call me back.  I had to instruct her to have Dane provide a time frame for a returned call.  This is absolutely ridiculous!!!  I am a Manager of a business that resolves issues my company incurs and my communications to customers respect their time and situations. Dane has advised that he will call me later today around 4pm Eastern time.   Very disappointing experience!

Yesterday I called Under Armot, I was waiting for cs for 31 minutes. Once someone answered my call, the cs did not know that answer to my question. Today I called back, I have been on hold for 46 minutes and counting.

Cannot get a response from them about an order of three items that have not been delivered. I am going try one more time and then contact the Michigan Attorney General’s Office. Worst online company ever!

Like their products but CS is horrible. Purchased $200 shoes, took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Fit was tight so I called CS, Rep who was very friendly said they will ship new pair immediately and to just make sure I send return with 30 days or I will be charged again. Fine. :) After another week I still haven't received anything about shipping new pair. Called CS again, said that is not their policy and they won't ship until they receive return ship notice. Fine :) Sent item back next day. Another 10 days go by and still nothing from UA. Go on the online CS chat, get a rep Jeffery J. - After telling me the order is being processed as normal, I indicated that I will not shop here again as I could have done this through Amazon in 48 hrs. Here is his response copied directly from the chat: Jeffery J. "I do understand ma'am but we not not ask for this as well. It is a global pandemic and everything is going as procedure on our end. That is your choice as well as it is free market, please shop where you please." Worse than the tone is that I'm not even a "ma'am" If anyone from UA reads this I have all reference numbers to locate the conversation.

I just placed a order for my 7 year old daughter she wanted the curry 7 I searched everywhere I was happy they had her size I ordered them on April 21 2020 two days later I see they canceled my order saying they couldn’t Verify my address but they took the money off the card there’s no return from them as of yet I’m calling customer service no ones answering saying leave a message but they hours are from 9am to 6pm I would never buy anything from this company I don’t care if it’s in the mall it’s hurts me to tell my daughter she can’t get the sneakers because this website is a scam

Horrible tracking service. DO NOT ORDER. Orders gets lost and returned items also lost. When returning items it is a trap- they give you a sticker label which gets scanned by UPS. They don’t give you any receipt and claims that by scanning it is on record. Then when you ask why you are not refunded, they ask YOU for the tracking number. Then they stop replying you. They are thieves. Hard lessons learned. do not order. Spend the money on a brand who actually tracks parcels reliably like Nike or Adidas or whatever. Just not UA.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is disgraceful - almost non-existent! If I could I would have rated this company with a less than zero rating. One star is too good for them. There is no exchange policy for items that are the wrong size. The item arrived later than predicted (it was a present for someone so too late for the occasion!) and customer services totally refused to do anything about the fact that it was the wrong size. They just didn't care and said there was nothing they could do about it

I ordered stuff on Black Friday and then was charged 6 weeks later then notified after they took my money.. I'm a single mother of 4. They charged my a week after Christmas, made my account negative and all I got was oops system error sorry. 6 weeks later! Never trust them with your account info!

I have recently ordered 3 items from UA online. Out of the three items ordered two didn't quite fit so I decided to return them. Refund was swiflty processed but only received it for one of the item returned. When I enquired with UA customer services about the refund for the second item returned the agent has confirmed that there was only one item in the return parcel. I felt completely cheated on and was utterly dissapointed. I have returned two items for refund and felt that there wasnt much effort made by UA customer services to try and resolve this matter. Reading other reviews I feel lucky enough to even receive a refund for one of the items returned. There seems to be something seriously wrong with they way UA process refunds...

First off I ordered 3 different items. I recieved a confirmation email, next day I recieved an email stating 2 of the items are out of stock, after they charged me for those items, still haven't gotten my money back. The 3rd item was shipped jan 21st we are now at February 8th, still haven't recieved my item.

Extremely bad experience with their customer support. I was charged for the item, which I never received. After contacting support multiple times I learn that the parcel was originally lost by the shipping company and it has been sent back to Under Armour. When asked if I could get a refund, they mention that they need to receive the parcel back before processing the refund - which I still have not received. Just ridiculous service, STAY AWAY and yes, but anywhere else.
