Products are excellent, but the customer service online and on the phone is terrible. Nobody is ever able to help.

Was offered 10% discount code no place to apply it. Phoned to ask this be applied or I get refunded the amount. Told no do asked to cancel order. Told no would have to wait till parcel arrived, send back, request refund & if I wanted them try order again with discount code. Their policy has to be illegal!!!

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. 1/6 of my total $533.00 order arrived, and all they would say is that someone signed for the box and it was marked as delivered. Two reports and they were willing to do nothing. The one box that arrived was only big enough to hold one of the six shirts I ordered, and the ship ticket inside said it contained all six. This would be impossible given the size of the box, however they do not care. They would not even try to make this right, and judging by the other reviews on this site, they would rather screw their customers than protect their reputation. They have no interest in taking care of their customers, including the veterans they claim to support, and they really don't care. Someone higher up in that company needs to be paying attention the amount of people their incompetent staff is screwing over. Someone in the shipping department should also be drug tested, or at least required to take a simple mathematics class on how to count the amount of products to put in a box. Ridiculous. Order from someone else, Under Armour has clearly chosen to join the ranks of Nike in customer service and appeal.

I signed up for the armourbox with the impression it was created for you to USE and test out before committing to buying. That you would provide feedback and then send back what you didn't like. After my 2nd box since they didn't ask questions like if I need neutral or stability sneakers, I was told my returns from the 1st box looked used and didn't have the tags on. I wrote several times expressing that the program said to use it for 7 days and decide. Now I'm being warned that the next time I use the product or take tags off, I'll be charged for them. But I had already done this since the note about the policy came AFTER i had the box open! I have canceled and am asking them to let me return it as is this last time. They are not understanding. I know how to order online and yet it on and send it back. Everyone does this. The uniqueness of this box was to see if it was functional for your needs. This has been an awful experience.

Currently on hold with customer service. It’s been 50 minutes as of now, 2 different reps. Still on hold. I ordered 4 items. They shipped 2. Just told me 2 of them are out of stock and never let me know. They are not helpful, the second rep seems to find it funny. They can’t seem to resolve the issue. All I want is the items I ordered or a refund. Either one. But they can’t even handle that. Do NOT order from this joke of a company.

Although i love all the UA products i have purchased and had planned to never buy any other brand ever until i had issues with their website and customer service. When i picked a pair of shoes i was familiar with i only had one view of the shoe(site issue?)... when the shoe arrived there was a collegiate logo on the shoe that i could not see from the site. All customer service could do was offer a return label, have me wait for a refund, then order another pair of shoes.i should mention i waited almost 2 weeks to recieve the shoes. Now i will have to wait for a refund to reorder(3 days at best?) then wait another 2 weeks for another shoe. I WILL JUST KEEP MY MONEY! Unfortunately I will go buy a pair of Adidas because after this experience i will never purchase UA products again! On a side note between my g/f and i we have 8 pairs of UA shoes and nothing but UA fitness clothing for the gym. Sad to have to change brands because of poor customer service!

Ordered back pack 2 weeks ago still processing order. Called customer service Fri called called back 3hrs later was lied to. Called customer service again because that night it was still processing, gentlemen told me the truth and he can't give an arrival of the package. Ordered Adidas bag came in 7 days, trying to cancel order, been on hold for 3hrs 21mins. Hold line states, we run, we train, we win, all to do one thing, make you better....how bout you train to make your customer service better because it's going on 8pm and you close phone at 8pm.....been on hold for almost 3hrs 30min. Stopped buying Nike can stop buying Under Armour, family is down to Adidas I guess thanks for nothing for processing my phone call for 3hrs 26mins now!

I ordered two pair of cleats for my son placing 2 separate orders. I also paid for express shipping. The shoes hadn’t arrived. I waited on the phone for 4 hours o my to get through to a supervisor Steve W. Who told me to suck it up. He said just because you paid extra for express shipping, there is no guarantee. He ended up hanging up on me.

Ordered online. Nothing received for ages...turns out half my order delivered to an 'access point' i have to go and collect and the other delayed. Useless. Cancelled everything and going elsewhere.

Terrible shop. Had the same situation twice: took money, messed with order for few weeks, canceled it. You need to wait to get your money back for a weeks. Don`t ever try to buy something on the underarmour.com!

This company is a disgrace. They don’t care about their customers. Repeatedly Failure to deliver and never give explanation. And then send emails asking me to review the product they never delivered. Unbelievable !!!!!! Might all stem from the CEO. Mr Kevin PLANK — enough said.

If you going to order stuff from Under Armour online and think you’ll get it with in 7 days or so. Sorry to inform you won’t. Apparently they moved wear house and their orders are delay. It’s going to be 2 weeks and I haven’t received my items. I’m so disappointed. I couldn’t believe a big company like that could be having issues with their order online.
