While the sports shoes were comfortable, disappointingly both soles exhibited severe cracking - clearly poor quality material. I have twice contacted the company for comment but have not received any response. I can see why UA is incurring major losses and rapidly declining sales.

I purchased 8 face masks in two sizes. No where on the main page or at check out did UA state they were not returnable. UA's return policy description, which I checked before ordering, stated that returns and exchanges are FREE - no exceptions were noted. Upon trying to return, website stated they were not returnable (except for one type of mask). I just spoke with a customer service rep, Albert Hallado. He reiterated the company's policies, but I stated I would dispute with American Express. He put me on hold and came back stating that UA would refund my money for those I wished to return, but that I could not physically return them ... WOW. I said, "That's not fair to the company. I didn't even open some of them once I knew my size." Albert suggested I donate them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Albert for being a great customer advocate.

If I could give Under Armour negative Stars, I would. This company is amazing at the inability to deal with their client. Let me tell you a story about my experience. I purchased merchandise online form Under Armour. Items did not work out, so they were returned. I received an email from UA verifying they received the merchandise. Letting me know they will refund my money. Two weeks later no refund, so I follow up with them. 2 days later they charge my card again for the merchandise I returned, stating they did not receive my returned items. Now I have paid twice for items that have been returns. Every time I contact their customer service, I somehow get disconnected. So I have decided to dispute the charges through my credit card as UA is nonresponsive to calls or emails. Run, Run away from UA in a better shoe or product. Good luck to you. Do not become a Sucker Like Me!!!

I thought it was just me. Now after reading all these other reviews it most definitely one of many. I had great experience with Puma customer service. Even though I love UA products I am donating them I cannot support a company with dodgy business practices. The calls are routed overseas and the agents get paid peanuts and don't give a rat's behind about this company and their customers.

Under Armour became the worst business worldwide, rated as the worst Quality products , worst customer service ( they have no english speakers associates ) and the worst shipping policy ever .... UA, is an insult to the American business ( actually , i doubt if they have anything american in their business ).

Slowest postage in the world . Ordered a week ago and still processing order. When I asked for the phone number of the under armour store about an hour away to see if they had the product I ordered under armour said they don't have a phone..get with the times

This company sucks. They do not honor their orders and will cancel them if you buy something on sale. What kind of brand does this. I hope they go out of business for this shady practices.

Took 3 hours plus to generate an exchange, they won’t do a call tag, had to find someplace with a printer then then they sent the wrong tag, now their computers are jacked and have have to wait for a new tag and find another printer! Not user user friendly, customer service sucks!

if you want to order online from this company, dont waste your time. i ordered TWICE only for my order to be cancelled. love their products, but pointless to order from them if you cant enjoy their products if orders keep getting cancelled.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life They don’t know in how many days i get my shoes and from last 9 days i am waiting for the shoes and every time when i am asking they told me like they don’t know how many times they take and deliver my things to me. And also close the live chat option for me in running chat... this king of insult done by the employee.

Very bad customer service not an American store at all. Under Armour sent me the wrong shoes 3 times. It’s been over a month and still have not done right. They will never let you talk to a manager or corporate. The call center is oversea and they don’t care about the customer. Not a good place to spend your money.

Because the company is in trouble with finance, they have now exported the majority of the calls to offshore. With this there is a language barrier, and them not understand what you are trying to tell them. Then when you ask for a US rep. You get placed on hold and never gotten back to.

Very comfortable until they fell apart. These were the most comfortable duty boots I have worn. They are also the least durable. Most of my work has always been done inside and not on the streets, but even that proved too much for these boots. The construction is very poor and cheap. I've only had them for about 3 -4 years.

This place gave me the worst customer service ever had in my life. They weren’t able to get anything right in Customer Service did not relay information nor did they do give me the proper pricing for the items and or discounts that lead me to the site in the first place to buy the items. If I could get below one Star I would.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life They don’t know where my order has gone and they advise I have to wait 10 days before they will respond with a solution I am the customer and there courier has lost the consignment but I have to wait All they have to do is resend the order and then fight the courier for the lost parcel They have my money and will not refund until 10days have elapsed I won’t buy under armour products ever again
