“The UA shirts I bought a few weeks ago at $39.99 are only worth a $20 purchase. They remind me of the shirts that I bought at Costco whatever brand that was. I have washed and worn them ONLY twice and the sleeves are shrinking up towards the shoulder which looks ridiculous. I do not have an unusual body, I have a 44 chest and I purposely bought an extra large so I'd have some more room. The shirt tail has stayed the same maybe shrunk a little bit but the sleeves are very disappointing and I don't even want to wear them anymore. ALL MY OTHER POLYESTER GOLF SHIRTS BY GREG NORMAN ETC. DO NOT SHRINK. I'VE HAD THEM THREE TO FIVE YEARS SOME SEVEN EIGHT YEARS STILL WEAR THEM AND DO NOT SHRINK. I DON'T BELIEVE IN WASHING YOUR SHIRT AND HANGING IT UP. I BELIEVE YOU HAVE TO DRY THEM SO THEY FLUFF UP AND NOT WRINKLE. PUTTING THEM ON A LOW HEAT IN THE DRYER SHOULD NOT SHRINK THEM. I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE SHIRTS FROM UA.”
“Defective face mask reported two months ago. Two emails with photo ignored. Finally called and was told a replacement would be sent. Nada. Called again on April 23. Told would be sent and would arrive on April 27. Still waiting. Another call today got same response: A replacement will be sent. (Yeah, right.)”
“Under Armour=A bunch of thieves! No response when it comes to refunds. Finally when they do reply, they beat around the bush to try to get away with not needing to help by hoping that the customer will firget about it. Under Armour does not know the basic sales rule- Be nice and cortious to clients! Shame on you! Terrible service!”

“I purchased 8 face masks in two sizes. No where on the main page or at check out did UA state they were not returnable. UA's return policy description, which I checked before ordering, stated that returns and exchanges are FREE - no exceptions were noted. Upon trying to return, website stated they were not returnable (except for one type of mask). I just spoke with a customer service rep, Albert Hallado. He reiterated the company's policies, but I stated I would dispute with American Express. He put me on hold and came back stating that UA would refund my money for those I wished to return, but that I could not physically return them ... WOW. I said, "That's not fair to the company. I didn't even open some of them once I knew my size." Albert suggested I donate them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Albert for being a great customer advocate.”
“If I could give Under Armour negative Stars, I would. This company is amazing at the inability to deal with their client. Let me tell you a story about my experience. I purchased merchandise online form Under Armour. Items did not work out, so they were returned. I received an email from UA verifying they received the merchandise. Letting me know they will refund my money. Two weeks later no refund, so I follow up with them. 2 days later they charge my card again for the merchandise I returned, stating they did not receive my returned items. Now I have paid twice for items that have been returns. Every time I contact their customer service, I somehow get disconnected. So I have decided to dispute the charges through my credit card as UA is nonresponsive to calls or emails. Run, Run away from UA in a better shoe or product. Good luck to you. Do not become a Sucker Like Me!!!”
“I thought it was just me. Now after reading all these other reviews it most definitely one of many. I had great experience with Puma customer service. Even though I love UA products I am donating them I cannot support a company with dodgy business practices. The calls are routed overseas and the agents get paid peanuts and don't give a rat's behind about this company and their customers.”
