“We love the apparel. It fits well and true to size. Good workmanship except the very cheap snap closures they use on their bottoms! They do not snap securely and always come undone on their waistbands. Why not use a shank button and machine buttonhole? The bottoms are expensive and no good if you cant keep the waistband closed.”

“Been purchasing UA products for the family since my kids were younger till now all grown up. The product quality of UA is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. We love the detailed design and comfort for clothing and shoe items, etc. Our latest early this year 2025 purchase were 3 pairs of shoes. We realized that the sizes we ordered were a bit smaller and called the customer service number in Dubai. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service-especially the lady who attended my call (043812112), very nice and accommodating. Kudos to your Ma'am. Items were exchanged to the sizes we preferred within 2 days (including collection and delivery)
and re-assured that if still the sizes were not ok just advise at once. But for now, all fits well. Thanks to UA and more power!”

“With the help of UA assistant I made a return and exchange of two items in one return order (it is not possible to make both return/exchange on one order on the website). After long investigation which lasted about two months I was told that they received only one item and the money for the returned item would not be returned. It is a pity that such a large company as Under Armour destroys its reputation due to its own mistake. The case of investigation in which I was involved and which ended in “sorry, mam, we couldn’t find it” costed ~150aed.”

The supervisor in customer service lie to the customer. I have had a instock order placed three times it was never shipped. Customer service or the supervisors have zereo clue what is going on. They want to blame UPS, when UPS does not even have the package. Customer service should be revamped. They say calls are re corded to improve customer service. A other lie. Unfortunately, their products have declined markedly over the years—cheap materials, poor design (extremely poor), insufficient inventory. Men’s training t-shirts used to be made for men who knew their way around a gym; now they’re made for metrosexuals named Bruce and Tyler. If I do happen to find a product that I like, it’s no longer available when I attempt to reorder months later. I don’t know what the hell happened, but the speed and magnitude of the decline is remarkable.”
