It’s going to be 2 weeks and I haven’t received my items. I’m so disappointed. I couldn’t believe a big company like that could be having issues with their order online.”

“Shockingly poor, avoid! Placed an order on 19th May and money was taken from my account. Order was cancelled by Under Armour on 22nd May and I still don't have my money back. Have emailed customer services but they ignored me. The phone number listed on the Under Armour website doesn't work. Not sure why they are getting away with this.”
“Appalling service! Placed an order online 12 days ago. They promptly took the money immediately and sent an order confirmation via email. I then heard nothing further so sent them an email to check when the order would be sent, only to get an automated email to say the order was not processed and I was to be refunded in 5 working days. Since then - no goods, no correspondence and no refund! Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again and am raising a dispute with my credit card company.”

“Cancelled order without reason and took over a week to issue a refund for something they cancelled and never sent out. Then was advised it would take another four days to credit my account. Strange dealings for such a large, and, what I thought was, a reputable company. Personally, I would not bother ordering with them again.”

I have half my money back but they are not emailing, or answering their phones.
Trading standards are investigating them and advice is to lodge a claim with your bank to get your money back.”
