“Very bad customer service and experience. In July the 20th I ordered a back pack for a trip with friends. I had the trip on the 3rd of august. And got the shipment tracking on time. The shipment was delivered on the 25th. Once I reached home the same night I didn't find it. Waited for the next day and decided to call under armour. They told me if I could wait as they were suppose to send me a reshipment. Waited till 2 nd aug a day before my trip to find any updates since I didn't receive any emails. Was told that she haven't shipped out and will be processing a refund. Today the 18th Aug since I didn't get the money in my account I called under armour and wanted to talk to the supervisor and I was told but by sandy that they would not issue an refund as they claimed it with fedex and Fedex apparently told them that I was delivered the right address. I wasn't even called or followed up by fedex. I am not at all happy with this experience and goin to write this experience in all social media platform to share my experience and hopeully the managers or the management to hear this issue. My order number is P-180-9830-7214.”

“I just got my Tribase Reign 4 and I like it except for how they shipped the shoe with just the original box that can be easily smashed during shipment. See photos.”

“I've ordered two pairs of Under Armour shoes. One I have for running and I've experienced some pain in my heels and arch while running in them. The second pair is training shoes. I actually really enjoyed using them in the gym while weightlifting, or doing exercises that didn't require running or walking. I wouldn't recommend this brand for running but if you're looking for a training shoe then definitely try their shoes out.”

“I bought some UA running shoes for $90 about a month ago and I loved the way they look and fit. But now they’re getting holes where the stitching around the leather (?) upper part of the shoe that is around the front of the shoe and the fabric meet. I wear them a lot but still, one month and my shoes look worn out. This has happened with almost every pair of UA shoes I’ve had. Not impressed with the quality of materials or craftsmanship for what they cost. I’ve had shoes from Walmart last longer for a fraction of the price. These guys are losing their edge!”

“I got a my shoes for Christmas, I normally use 6.5 , this time my husband got me 7, Unfortunately they run small, and they are so tight. I gave them a chance but there are so uncomfortable. Sadly, my husband didn’t keep the recipe, so I couldn’t returned them.”
