I am not getting my book take a break on Monday or Tuesday this book comes out on thursday why is it taking so long for it to come

Hi, Sorry too hear this! We dispatch the magazines every Thursday and they should arrive no later than the following Wednesday just before the new issue comes in. I have emailed you regarding this to discuss it further But I can confirm in order to quicken the delivery, I have changed the postage class from 2nd to 1st. We send this magazine every Tuesday using royal mail 1st class postage which is the fastest possible service available! If the magazine does not arrive by the Saturday in time for listings to begin, I will then ensure we compensate accordingly. We have only sent 2 issues of your sub so far and I was informed of one arriving late so I extended the subscription accordingly to compensate. I am sorry this happened and if it does continue to happen, Please let us know! Although when the magazine leaves us and is in the postal service it is out of our control, We will always compensate when informed of issues. Thanks, Ellie😊

With all due respect as I am in the USA & ordering your magazine was a nightmare it was misleading & not represented properly i didn't see my choice clearly to pick the correct magazine so I had to pay double shipping costs...Very skeptical in future purchases

You accidently ordered Glass and to correct this, My manager resent Glass Man in the post for you including Callum Rutner on the cover, As was your preference. Ordered it as a Christmas present, said the first copy would arrive on 19th December and I'm still waiting for it today 7th of January.

Renewed subscription and then realized price was 33% cheaper if I just started a new subscription for the same magazine instead of renewing. Sent an email to customer service a month ago and never received a response. Most likely will discontinue service after next subscription runs out due to what appears to be price gouging to existing customers. Best suggestion is to check new prices before renewing blindly.

Hi, Hope you are well and thanks for the review. I have actually emailed you back regarding this. Our prices for renewals and new orders are always the same. Prices do change often but the costs always match up. You paid the correct renewal price of £149.45 going to the USA. For the cheaper cost you seen, I believe your potentially looking at UK costs as of course this delivery is lower, Since this is where we dispatch our magazines from. Hi, I can confirm you are still due an issue of your subscription. This next edition is 01 due the 28th of December 2023. There is a bit of a longer gap from the last issue, Which is a publisher decision but you will get all issues paid for do not worry. Hi, Hope you are well and thanks for the review. We sent the magazine as fast as possible from our end and I am sorry if there were potential delays in the postal services. We also cannot offer magazines for the cover price and this is something only stores or publishers can offer. We must consider other costs when generating an overall price for customers and we try to be as fair as possible checking what the system does generate. Delivery of the TAB magazine to our home in France has become very unreliable - particularly since BREXIT. Often it doesn’t arrive until several days after the competition deadlines. It used to arrive every Wednesday without fail two weeks prior to the deadlines, but not snymore unfortunately

Hi Eileen we have been in contract quite a bit regarding this. We post the magazines from our end using priority air mail which is the fastest available service we can use via the Royal Mail. We personally have had the privilege of being able to send them earlier than stores get them to encourage an early delivery for our amazing customers! Unfortunately, when it leaves us we cannot guarantee the 3-7 working days delivery time although this is the expectations we have. Like any other magazine being sent to Europe this way, We have to ask customers to allow a maximum of 15 days. I understand this is a weekly, Time sensitive magazine so it is important for it too arrive on time. Please understand this is something we do have little control over and we always recommend contacting your local office for updates. If there is a sticker on the physical cover of the magazine, It is likely this is how stock was received from suppliers but it should have been picked up and passed onto our customers accordingly! Unfortunately the magazine hasn’t been delivered this week , so my short term experiment has not been successful. I won’t be renewing the subscription .

Thank you for your email, I can confirm that Bromleigh House who are the publishers of your magazine have decided to only publish bi monthly instead of monthly as previously. This has resulted in a gap between magazines and we have been informed that the next edition is due to be delivered to us the beginning of June, so not long to wait. The previous magazine was dispatched to our customers on the 31st March so that edition, number 15, was out of stock when you made your order on the 23rd April. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I order the March 2023 issue of Vogue France as a collector's item. I was disappointed to open my magazine and find that the back of the magazine was full of scratches and small rips. Furthermore, there were the distributor's stickers on the front cover, covering part of the front cover, and the back, stuck haphazardly. I'm disappointed.

These have been dispatched for you so sorry too hear these have not arrived. We sent these the same day you ordered in the same package via air mail. These were sent on the 11th of January and not long after they left the warehouse, Cyber attacks were present throughout the whole of the Royal Mail which caused a complete hold on all international post. This means your issues would of been held in the system unfortunately and these have only recently resolved service as usual. This means although it takes 30 days for delivery and it has been about that, We would ask you too allow longer due to this hold in the service, Which was out of our control at that time! Please allow until the end of February for delivery, and if they have still not arrived, Please contact us via our general email: enquiries@uniquemagazines.co.uk Really hope this is helpful! So sorry too hear this! So far, We have dispatched 2 issues too you from our warehouse and sent emails of dispatch for both too let you know they are on the way. We sent the first one the same day you ordered on the 10th of Jan and the second issue on the 25th of Jan. Since these were sent too Ireland, As stated on the email of confirmation, We must allow 15 days at a maximum for delivery. This means at this time, I would expect both issues should have shown up but it is possible delays are present. I have dropped you a personal email too resolve this and check in on your address! Hi, Sorry too hear this. As you are aware, We have had some problems with sending magazines internationally due too royal mail strikes and cyber attacks, Both no fault of our own and out of our control. Since then, We have worked super hard to find an alternative too letting customers down. This is when we have found a new mailing system which is very new but so far, working quicker which is great. Although we cannot offer tracking for your country for delivery, We can estimate a maximum time scale for delivery of 30 days before we compensate accordingly. I have spoke with you a few times on email too help you understand this and have reassurance that the service will be provided but at the moment, We just ask for that 30 days too be allowed. What can I say, I renewed my subscription again for 2023, just received the first issue, which was not what I ordered, someone got it wrong I want pocket Codewords collection and not Crosswords collection… what happens now?? I’m very disappointed , waiting for a reply

I have emailed you back already regarding this, We do not work weekends hence the delay in a response. ​This issue 184 sent was the last issue of the old subscription/current not the renewal. This would have been a picking error when the magazines were being packed. I can also confirm after checking your renewal, Everything is fine and you are down for the right magazine 'Puzzler Pocket Codewords collection'. I will have this current copy of the correct magazine resent as soon as possible for you. These packing errors can happen as we have a small team in distribution and although their attention too detail is usually amazing, If we are busy you can probably imagine this is not always noticed and mistakes can happen but we always resolve them for customers.
