“I currently have an active subscription, which I will continue to renew with Unique Magazines.
It's been a bit of a bumpy start due to my own bank card issues! In which I was unaware my subscription had not renwed. Again that is not Unique Magazines fault just be clear! Unfortunately I had not received any notification from them to highlight there had been a problem. Anyway once I had noticed my subscription hadn't renewed I got in touch by email with their customer service person/team...... and they were absolutely fantastic! They responded quickly and couldn't of been more helpful and polite if they tried! Even trying to see if they could find me any of my missed issues! It was such a breath of fresh air to receive such kind and helpful customer service! Thank you!”

I have dealt with them for many years when ordering magazines for my disabled brother and they are always helpful, kind and pleasant.
Also, if a copy is ever late (due to Royal Mail’s poor service), they always add a credit to my account with them.
