“This is actually my second order this time for 52 weeks.
I love hearing my tv guid come through the door but lately iv had problems with it either turning up late or not at all.
I know the post isn't your fault but I just find it so frustrating.
Last week I got two magazines and was wandering why only to discover the second one was the one I should have got the week before.
Other than that I really enjoy having it delivered as I'm not always able to get to the shop due to mobility issues.”

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced some delays with your recent deliveries. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you're relying on your TV guide being delivered because getting to the shops isn't always easy.
Unfortunately, once the magazines leave our warehouse, they're in the hands of Royal Mail, and occasionally delays like this can happen. I'm pleased to hear that last week's missing issue did eventually arrive, even if it was later than expected.
