“Unique Magazine always fulfil the orders promptly, and they have always arrived within 2 days of my ordering the magazines. Their customer service is 2nd to none. One of my issues of The Rake Magazine had been wrongly delivered by Royal Mail, even the post person said that she had delivered it wrong, when she saw the photo for proof of delivery. I rang Unique Magazines, and a replacement copy of the magazine was posted that day.”

“I don't live in the UK so I buy the magazines I'm interested in through Unique Magazines. They ship my orders within a few hours and I receive them usually in a couple of weeks. The price for the delivery is very good. I dealt with the Customer Service a few times and they replied to me very quickly in a kind and helpful way. I never had to return a magazine, but I quickly got refunded when I didn't receive my order. Highly recommended!!”

“I currently have an active subscription, which I will continue to renew with Unique Magazines.
It's been a bit of a bumpy start due to my own bank card issues! In which I was unaware my subscription had not renwed. Again that is not Unique Magazines fault just be clear! Unfortunately I had not received any notification from them to highlight there had been a problem. Anyway once I had noticed my subscription hadn't renewed I got in touch by email with their customer service person/team...... and they were absolutely fantastic! They responded quickly and couldn't of been more helpful and polite if they tried! Even trying to see if they could find me any of my missed issues! It was such a breath of fresh air to receive such kind and helpful customer service! Thank you!”
