“My magazine didn’t arrive but staff were helpful and offered me a refund as there wasn’t a replacement available. Really bummed as it was a limited edition Star Wars mag.”

It is lovely too hear we could provide you with a magazine which isn't available in your country. It is nice to know we can make this accessible for you. We pride ourselves in regular and clear communication. In regards to shipping costs, I understand. As a business, we get our stock of magazines from a supplier which costs and then we must do pricing including both postage and packaging. Unfortunately you can only get magazine for the cover price in store or with a publisher and the pricing to USA can be a little expensive which is out of our control. “I took out a subscription as a gift to my Mum and had to make changes on 2 occasions. Each time the customer service was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them in the future and would recommend them.”

“I love the magazine and happy to have it through the post but my only gripe is I look forward to getting it on a Friday so I've got something to look at at the weekend but I found it is not coming to me until a Monday. Please can this be looked into so I can start to receive it on a Friday again.”
