I’ve checked your order and can see that when you placed it on 1st September, you selected to start with the next available issue, which went on sale from 6th October. As Golf Digest is a bi-monthly publication, it appears this delay was simply due to timing - unfortunately, we didn’t have stock available at the point you placed your order. Going forward, everything should now run smoothly. I can confirm that your next issue, the October issue, is due for delivery on 11th November. Hi. The magazine is superb, but it is shipped with post, and from UK. This means I have to go to the post office each time the magazine arrives and pay 2 pounds of tarrif UK-EU. I don't know if this can be done better, but I thought you might want to know that the final experience is so so. Post Offices in Poland are medieval government offices :)

Would be nice to be able to get some back issues. Since I found this site and magazine, like to read what the past was like with the stories. Magazine is fun and gives a break from the day to day.

This is a very easy way for me to buy magazines by subscription however I am always concerned that my subscription will be renewed without my approval. I love to try various magazines, for inspiration, interest etc. To have them delivered to the door is a great service. But I have found it difficult for me to keep an eye on the end of the subscription. Yes, I know I am responsible for what I order etc, but would love good communicaiton between subscriptions and myself. But I love the choice of magazines there are.

Once this subscription finishes, we will not take any further payments without your approval, and no further magazines will be sent unless you choose to continue. There was some delay in presenting the bill for the magazines, due, I think, to a certain lack of communication between departments. And there was no need for two parcels, as it doubled the cost of the postage. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Bought badges for the Lorient Interceltique Festival - reasonably easy on my third attempt. Initially England was not on the compulsory drop down countries menu, but was added in time for the badges to be delivered (by special delivery with extra cost) just in time for my departure travelling to the Festival.

The price is now out of my budget £30 for five magazines is too dear unfortunately that was my last purchase I'm a 74 year old pensioner have to watch the costs.

Hi, I am so sorry for the price increase. This magazine has changed frequency, which was a decision from publishers direct. This has resulted in there being 6 issues published over 12 months. The change in cost, is because previously we worked direct with publishers to obtain this meaning we could offer discounted postage/packaging. We now work independent which means we cannot offer these perks. It means our price must be generated based on the cover price of the magazine, alongside additional postage, packaging and costs of the small team that pack them. This cost of £30 covers everything and works out at £5.00 a magazine but that is including postage and packaging! I understand as cost of living rises, it is necessary to budget so I am really sorry that you can no longer obtain the Sudoku Time as you did previously. I have not yet received the magazine that I ordered. Customer service immediately responded and assured me it is on the way. Not 5 stars because I did not realize a magazine released Dec 24th in the US would take so long to arrive in the UK.

Very expensive. I feel there should be a reduction in price for a yearly subscription. Also, a reduction for loyal customers.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. When we send What's on TV the weekly time sensitive magazines within the UK, we send them on a Tuesday 1st class and expect them to arrive in time for the listings to begin on the Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this service when sending to France. Although they are sent on a Tuesday via priority air mail, it is hard to guarantee the delivery in time for the listings. I am aware this is not ideal but when the magazine leaves us, it is really difficult to control the time scale in which magazines arrive. I am aware your sub has now ended and you may be hesitant to renew, which is understandable. We do not often get orders for TV mags overseas for this reason. I am sorry we cannot send these any quicker and the service included some late issues. This is not the service we wish for our customers. Delivery to EU (Poland) takes more than a week. Postal office locally charges custom processing charge, which makes already high price for EU delivery even higher (I would hope that VAT OSS removes that hurdle...)

Good magazines, had a subscription for my wife for several years now, but prices are getting expensive at almost £11 per magazine, maybe last year my subscription gets renewed.

Hi, I do apologise for price increases over the years. I understand entirely that this is not ideal but from a business perspective, cannot be avoided. This magazine is a specialist title and for some time, we worked with publishers to get our customers exclusive discounted prices, as we were working as the distributors of their magazine worldwide. We now get this stock ourselves and do everything in house meaning we cannot afford to do it at that discounted rate anymore. This means our cost must be generated based on the cover price, postage and packaging. We must also take into account the cost to get this from a supplier.
