Postage and packaging are included in the price of products on our website, if multiple issues are in stock at the same time we will dispatch them together for the most efficient delivery.

“When it works it's good. The challenge I find is not being able to get what you want. Of recent orders, and due to ill health, I had to stop supply of three magazines that I had on order. When I got back home, with extra things to do, I had to reduce my order to two magazines. Wonderful, I thought. First delivery was okay but then, for some unknown reason, it reduced to one magazine only. I should have had two magazines.
It makes me wonder if I should continue with your company and what sort of comments I would use on Trust Pilot, Google etc. A call from you would assist, I think. 07748 052 202

Hi Elizabeth, I am sorry too hear this but can see for the issue missing that was claimed by you, my colleague Megan has already extended your order for it. We are dispatching your magazines 1st class every Tuesday and we ask you allow until the Saturday for them too arrive as this is when the listings begin. If the magazines arrive after this date and you inform us we will then compensate accordingly. I hope you understand from our end we dispatch the magazines and it is hard for us to control the speed in which they arrive, when we are already sending them the fastest available service. I have emailed you personally to check if you need anything else regarding any missing issues and can only apologise this has been your experience, this is the last thing we want for our customers. I am thrilled you love the magazine! I am sorry about the delivery time. We dispatch the magazines via air mail which is the fastest service available. We only ask our customers too allow a maximum of 15 days before we look at compensating. We expected the next issue of Cbeebies Art to arrive in late January. When it did not, we investigated and found that the publishers had made the decision to stop printing the magazine. Unfortunately this meant your order was cancelled as we could no longer provide the magazine you ordered.

We send your first issue on the 20th of December and we ask you allow the maximum of 30 days for it too arrive to Australia. “I do not have any complain regarding magazine and subscription, but I have one regarding shipping. It’s the second time magazine went missing. Before was Burda magazine.
Suggestion is to revise the way you are shipping and give possibility to choose tracking shipping. I would be glad to pay instead loosing somewhere on a route.

I understand this completely and would like to thank you for the constructive feedback to help us improve! We were able to compensate for the missing issue by extending the subscription and I hope this did help, Although I know it is not ideal!
We send the magazine with the royal mail. At this time, that is the best service we can offer. I understand you are willing to pay for tracked shipments but this is not possible as manually it would be difficult to ensure we provide this for your specific order. Our distribution team is small so communication is great but we would not want to cause further disappointment if your order is not sent tracked as requested. It is something we will look into however so thankyou for passing this on. If there is anything else I can help with, Please do let me know.

“It does have some lovely articles on the local communities, but the number of adverts is VERY high. And for small businesses like ourselves to afford to advertise within them… almost impossible. It‘s very expensive.
Good quality brochure, but again, overrun with adverts and a little low on content. I am unsure weather we will continue with subscription once this year has run out.”

I am sorry that the delivery time is delayed for you. As always we are sending these 2nd class from our end, With Royal Mail as always. Any delays, Are within the postal service not from our end. If your referring to the change in frequency from it being a monthly mag to a Bi-monthly, This is not our decisions but a publisher decision. Unfortunately This is out of our control. Suppliers must put this sticker on before sending the stock to us and it must cover the barcode, To make it a UK one. We have asked suppliers if this can be placed anywhere else on the magazine other than the cover but this is not possible unfortunately. I am so sorry and understand your frustration! Thanks, Ellie😊
