Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that it took 17 days for your magazine to arrive to Malaysia. All of our post outside of the UK is sent first class airmail via the Royal Mail. I am glad it has now finally arrived and hopefully, it will be enjoyed. Kind Regards

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm you have been in touch with a member of our team. I can confirm we have posted 2 issues of your magazine to the USA. The first on 30th July and the second on 4th September. The first issue should have arrived before now. The second issue is still in transit. We will extend your order by 1 issue to compensate for this missing issue. Please let me know if the second issue has not arrived by 30th September. By this date we can assume it has been lost in the post. If this issue has not arrived by then we will cancel and refund the whole order as there is no reason why those two issues have not arrived. Its very difficult to write a review on a magazine delivery service when no magazines have been delivered, despite almost 3 weeks since ordering and paying.

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order for you. The title you have ordered is actually dispatched from the publisher directly. The first issue is usually delivered within 6 weeks. However, you may need to allow slightly longer for delivery to Australia. I will get a member of the team to get a start date for you so you know when to expect it. Kind Regards

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry you have had problems getting in touch. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am till 4.30pm. We have been closed on bank holiday Monday also. I have seen a member of our team has been in touch with you regarding your subscription. The latest issue was posted to Australia on 21st August. The magazine comes out quarterly so it can seem like a long time between issues. I hope we can resolve any issues and meet your expectations. Kind Regards

I am sincerely hoping that you have refunded £18+ to PayPal in respect of this "purchase" PayPal paid you the money but your site told me that there was an error with the order. You did not confirm to me by email that an order or payment existed so I was naturally concerned about security. I therefore immediately cancelled the order with and asked for a refund. I did the same with PayPal. For you at this late stage to say an order exists is deeply worrying

ordered a magazine in April of 2019. Received a notice in July that it was not available and given a voucher to order a different magazine. I live in the US and did not want any of the other magazines. Contacted them several times regarding refund and did not get an answer.

Hello, we have been trying to contact you and our emails kept bouncing back to us. As the voucher is unwanted we have now processed a full refund back to your card. Order arrived today which was around two weeks after I ordered. I ordered two magazines which arrived sealed in their own separate bags then sealed in another plastic bag. All bags were in perfect condition but when opened both magazines were shredded along the spines, one to the point it is falling apart. With no damage to the bags it’s obvious they were like that before they were sent. Very poor, will not be using again
