“Purchased a subscription for Whats on TV, the first magazine did not arrive in time for the start day on the Saturday. I had to purchase from a shop.
It needs to be sent on a guaranteed delivery service rather than just put in the post.
When it still had not arrived by the Tuesday I cancelled subscription, in fact the magazine still has not arrived several weeks later.”

“Check your subscription rates. Buy one month at a time for the least expensive way per copy. Renewal is even higher. The delivery is reliable and without any issues. My Grandson loves this but seems the distributor may be fleecing our loyalty.”
Hi, I got back to your email today regarding this. Our renewal cost is the same cost as placing a new order. You were actually looking at the UK price whereas with you being in the states, this is higher. This means the renewal cost of £79.17 is the same price as that on the website when you change the delivery country appropriately. We cannot offer this at a cost of just the cover price as then we would not be a running business. We do not publish magazines so we get these from a supplier, and must take this cost into account as well as the postage and packaging.
I am glad the delivery is reliable and your grandson loves the magazine, this is so nice to hear.
I will await your response from my email and if at any point you wish to cancel the sub, I can have this arranged and process a refund!

I can see that you have been speaking with my colleague Ellie who has explained the first issue of the subscription went on sale on the 2nd Of January but was late coming into us. I am sorry but this was not our decision personally, as we do not publish the magazines. The publishers made the decision to make this less frequent and the discounted rate this was at for a while, is no longer available with us as we send it independently. We are very sorry for this change and I do understand it may be frustrating! We have lots of sudoku magazines that are monthly which I'd be happy to set you up with. Hi, I am so sorry too hear this! I have tried calling to resolve this issue and been able to extend the sub by one issue to compensate for the wrong TV Magazine being sent. I am so sorry for this packing error and hope your happy with the resolution! I also apologise for the delay in response to this review as my colleague who usually picks these up has left recently.
