I ordered a magazine from this website and it was dispatched on July 25th. The magazines I ordered from other UK websites AFTER this magazine already arrived and this one hasn’t. And the worst part is, when I emailed costumer service , they told me I had to wait until August 29th before they even consider refunding me!! Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this website again and now I will have to wait until the end of the month to ask for a refund.

Hi Salman, Thank you for your review and I’m really sorry to hear you’re disappointed. As your delivery address is in Saudi Arabia, your order falls under our Rest of World delivery terms, which advise that although most parcels typically arrive within 7–10 days, international orders can take up to 30 working days due to customs and overseas transit times. Because your magazine was dispatched on 25th July, we’re unable to class it as missing until 30 working days have passed, which is why our customer service team advised we could look into a refund or replacement from 29th August. This policy is in place to allow time for international deliveries to clear customs and reach you, and is clearly stated in our delivery information to ensure transparency for all customers ordering worldwide. We completely understand the frustration with delays and really appreciate your patience. Hopefully your magazine will arrive very soon, but if not, please be assured that from 29th August we’ll be happy to help with either a refund in line with our delivery promise. I ordered TV choice to be delivered every week to my mother who is in a nursing home. This only came once on time. It was then not delivered the second or third week so I therefore cancelled the subscription.

Apparently you're not proofreading your magazines because you doxed Sleep Token. That's wildly unprofessional and disrespectful to a group of musicians that have made it extremely clear they do not want to share their identity. Their fans respect that so why won't you?

Received garden planting calendars magazine - but its just full of pretty pictures and recipes - only one m calendar but not very detaiked nor extensive info disappointing

Purchased a subscription for Whats on TV, the first magazine did not arrive in time for the start day on the Saturday. I had to purchase from a shop. It needs to be sent on a guaranteed delivery service rather than just put in the post. When it still had not arrived by the Tuesday I cancelled subscription, in fact the magazine still has not arrived several weeks later.

Check your subscription rates. Buy one month at a time for the least expensive way per copy. Renewal is even higher. The delivery is reliable and without any issues. My Grandson loves this but seems the distributor may be fleecing our loyalty.

Hi, I got back to your email today regarding this. Our renewal cost is the same cost as placing a new order. You were actually looking at the UK price whereas with you being in the states, this is higher. This means the renewal cost of £79.17 is the same price as that on the website when you change the delivery country appropriately. We cannot offer this at a cost of just the cover price as then we would not be a running business. We do not publish magazines so we get these from a supplier, and must take this cost into account as well as the postage and packaging. I am glad the delivery is reliable and your grandson loves the magazine, this is so nice to hear. I will await your response from my email and if at any point you wish to cancel the sub, I can have this arranged and process a refund! Thanks a lot for your feedback, Ellie :)

We are sorry that your experience has not been great so far, this is not what we strive for at all. I can see that you have been speaking with my colleague Ellie who has explained the first issue of the subscription went on sale on the 2nd Of January but was late coming into us. The issue has arrived with us today and will be on it's way to the recipient today. We do hope that the issue is enjoyed once received. Sam 😊
