I look forward to getting my weekly and monthly magazine. I curl up on the sofa, covered in a throw and wearing my hoodie, and first I read the magazine then I do all the puzzles. Keep up sending them to me

Good but didn't receive my magazine for the 21st October to the 27th October I'm a little disappointed I must admit, but overall you're very good 👍

I am so sorry to hear this but you did not get this issue as you did not place an order for it. You usually order single issues. The last one you ordered was No 40 which was sent the 6th of October when you placed the order and included listings from the 7th of October. Hope this makes sense. I am so sorry to hear this and as long as you let us know, We will always compensate accordingly by extending the sub! We always send the magazine 1st class on a Tuesday so it should arrive by the Saturday for the listings to begin. I have extended the sub by an issue to compensate and I hope this helps. Unique Magazine is my "go to" to have our UK magazines delivered to our door all the way to Indonesia, Bali. We receive our copy around 30 days after the magazine was sent. We had to pay taxes but less than 1 pound. I will definitely continue ordering with them

I am sorry about the taxes as, We do add information on the label to avoid this happening! It is something which is being looked into further but I am glad it is not too much for you. Thanks for the comment on our fast and friendly service as we really do try and provide this for all our customers. The packaging depends on the weight of the magazine. I understand your magazine was going to Belgium and so therefore, There is more chance of damage in the postal system with the longer distance it needs to travel. Fast delivery, very pleased. Paper is getting a bit thin -- bleed thru from other side makes it look dirty/messy, Also doesn't erase as well as it used to. But the Master Sudoku puzzles are great.

This process worked well --ordering online. I first saw this puzzle magazine on a market stall, and decided I liked it enough to subscribe. My first copy came very promptly.

I am so sorry to hear this! We truly understand this is not ideal or what we expect, Especially for the nature of the magazine you ordered. We do not send magazines with damage, Unless we are able to check with the customer first to let them know when a certain issue has came in from suppliers with damage. I really enjoy The Art of Watercolor magazine and I am happy that you will ship it to me in the United States however waiting 6 to 8 weeks to receive it after publication is a negative. Hopefully you will develop a faster way of distributing this magazine to me.

I have been buying Relax with art from issue 1, including holiday specials, and recently the paper quality has gone down, it's really thin, hopefully it will go back to normal soon. I will give 4 stars
