It was a one off purchase. The magazine was not what I expected. I was expecting to see more of ‘life ‘ in Devon. What I got was a glossy, shiny magazine advertising expensive goods and services. A misunderstanding on my side.

My only complaint is the use of Quickmarsh labels which cannot be removed without damaging the magazine.

Unfortunately This is out of our control. Suppliers must put this sticker on before sending the stock to us and it must cover the barcode, To make it a UK one. We have asked suppliers if this can be placed anywhere else on the magazine other than the cover but this is not possible unfortunately. I am so sorry and understand your frustration! Thanks, Ellie😊

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you sometimes have to wait until Friday for your magazine to arrive, but it is sent 1st class every Tuesday via Royal Mail.

I ordered a magazine called muscular development after a few weeks the magazine hadn’t arrived I rang and it turned out it hadn’t been dispatched I told them about it and it arrived after a few days

I took out a new subscription for Grand Masters Sudoku and paid £32 on April 20 but unfortunately I have not received any copies yet. I understand they are being dispatched every 2 months now.

Hello, thank you for your review. As mentioned the publisher has changed the frequency of the magazine to every other month now. Your subscription is flexible and if you no longer wish to receive this magazine due to the change in frequency, we can of course cancel and refund the balance of your order. Otherwise, as each issue goes on sale we will post it out and your subscription will not end until all issues that have been paid for have been sent. Kind Regards Sarah

Good quality Suduko puzzles. However, the quality of the paper used to print the puzzles on seems to have declined over time.

Website is confusing, hard to track the issue number some months over which copy you want to buy and you can’t buy back issues which is really disappointing.

Sorry too hear you think this! We would like too assure you we are not publishers of any magazines and therefore, Have no control at all over the content. The magazine is specific too Mindful Mandalas as that is the name of the magazine. This means the themes will all be the same, As each one is mandalas. If you require different colouring magazines each month with various things too colour maybe try ones like the following titles : Relax With Art, Let's Colour series, Colouring Heaven Collection, Simple colour, or Relax With Art holiday special. So sorry to hear this! You ordered this subscription on the 31st Dec 22 and since then we have dispatched 2/3 of your magazines. The first one was sent 3rd Jan 23 and the next on the 11th Jan 23. We ask customers too allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery of their magazines to the USA. We have started using a new service, As the royal mail cyber attacks were causing major delays sending post internationally. Hopefully this 30 days with the new company is a maximum and magazines will arrive sooner with little delays! We explain our wait times per country for delivery on the email for confirmation when you order, to give you notice of wait times. Hi, So sorry to hear this! You ordered the FEB 23 issue which was due the 6th of Jan however, was closed for change. This is on the way to us and will most likely arrive in our warehouse Monday and go out then for you 1st class. It will then take no longer than 7 working days from there. A thing to improve is the package. A thin transparent plastic bag is not enough protection for a shipment outside UK. The magazine arrived slightly damaged. Otherwise the service was correct.

Hi, So sorry to hear this. The weight of the magazine determines the way its packaged. If it is heavy enough, a twist wrap box is used for the protection of it. I am so sorry this arrived slightly damaged and if you would like to send us some images of this please do so, so we can possibly improve our service. I am glad the service was good and I am sorry for the damage overseas but hope you understand we do include on the label that should not be bent but is obviously disregarded during the postal system, due to the volume of mail. Because I live on an island delivery is never on time and I seem to miss the first three days of viewing so will not renew.

Hi, Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, there is not much else we can do in this case. We send magazines a day earlier than stores get them, to ensure magazines get to customers in time for Saturdays listings. We also send them using 1st class postage, which is the fastest service we can offer for subscriptions. We can compensate for missing issues as long as they are reported by the Monday after the listings begin however, we have no record of you contacting over missing/late issues so we were unaware this was happening. Sorry to hear this but thanks for the feedback and let us know if you need anything else or miss issues in future so we can compensate accordingly. Thanks, Ellie :)

Good books, but they've changed their formats on some pages meaning the drawings have very dark edges leaving nothing to the imagination for those that like to so their own thing.

Though the service is good they are quite pricey. I would only use for imported magazines that local newsagents do not stock.
