We pride ourselves in regular and clear communication. In regards to shipping costs, I understand. As a business, we get our stock of magazines from a supplier which costs and then we must do pricing including both postage and packaging. Unfortunately you can only get magazine for the cover price in store or with a publisher and the pricing to USA can be a little expensive which is out of our control. “I love the magazine and happy to have it through the post but my only gripe is I look forward to getting it on a Friday so I've got something to look at at the weekend but I found it is not coming to me until a Monday. Please can this be looked into so I can start to receive it on a Friday again.”
