“A small issue with payment method, but it was a browser issue, not the site. I was using an up-to-date Ipad, which didn't show alternative payment methods. Went to my desktop to use google chrome, and order was completed. I had help from Richard, who was outstanding. Thank you.”

“I tried to order some PrimaLuna 12 EAU7 tubes. Even though I had purchased a prima, Luna Evo 300 preamp from you it would not allow me to put those tubes in my cart. I called your customer service and they took care of the problem immediately and I was very happy with the experience I had talking to a representative on the telephone. My rating of poor was for the website that would not allow me to purchase the tubes I wanted and made me call to get those tubes.”
