“Asking someone how they liked to order two vacuum tubes online before they have even been shipped is a bit premature. But, to be honest, I didn't find it to be that fun, mostly typing and clicking. I will ignore all further surveys.”

“When I called to purchase an el34 for a PL Prologue Six I was told they were out of stock and that you were recommending the Mullard as a replacement. It would have been nice if the sales rep took my order for the Mullard tubes, but I was told to order it from the website. I was already on the phone, you should have taken my order.”
