“I would have ordered from you all sooner, but shipping options were limited and expensive. I don't always need 2 day service from FedEx or UPS on a order less than $50. USPS Priority Mail service would have been fine.”

“I asked some questions through the messaging system before purchase. The rep was quick to respond, but very brief. "Yes", "no", and "good choice" weren't really what I was looking for. I was hoping for some more insight: pro's, con's, etc. when I specifically asked about two comparable products. So, now I'm not 100% confident in my choice, but I was tired of trying to drag information out of the rep. I was hoping to get more benefit from someone who has experienced more of your products than I have. I'm a bit disappointed.”
