“Never heard of these guys before but decided to try them out after seeing an endorsement from another website. The first purchase went fine but it seemed to have taken them forever to start shipping. What’s up with that? You have the product. Just mail it!
The second purchase they flubbed by sending me the wrong product. So now I have to wait for them to get their product back on top of the wait on shipping it to me and their usual delay after the order.
And then very disappointingly, there is another delay before they ship out the right item and they didn’t even expedite it.
They don’t seem to be an honest and conscientious operation and you see that when things don’t go as planned, however if they can work out the (startup?) bugs they could be excellent. I would still buy from them again.”
“I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10. Condition was 'best' as described. My only dissatisfaction was the delivery time. It took 12 days for the product to be delivered. Customer service was excellent and they always answered my call without having to wait long. I would purchase again and up to 5 stars if they improve on delivery time.”

“Are fast and responsive to me.... Give me a decent price for my phone....there was a little chip in the side that probably didn't make a big deal didn't touch the screen but they still deducted a couple dollars they deducted $20 for it..... Oh well not a big deal...they pay me by E-Check which is okay just takes a couple days to cash in your bank.... All in all Good Company..... I figure they're just a start up company trying to make a few dollars... but hey it get somebody a job in American!!!! That's what I like....Best of luck.... - Once they get the phone they inspect it pretty quickly (within 5 days)
- Give you a video of the unboxing so you know exactly the condition they received it in
- Quick customer service response time
Negative -
- Shipping options are SLOW. I sent mine with their prepaid FedEx label on 9/26 and they didn't receive it until 10/4
- If you select the PayPal option they will have YOU pay the fee for getting your money so be aware that the amount they quoted you won't be the amount you receive because it will be less the PayPal fees. Would be nice if they included that on their website.”
