“I was so impressed with urban road team, I accidentally ordered the wrong size painting and they quickly fixed the problem. “We are very happy with the products received. Whilst we have been unlucky in receiving damage to goods ordered on 2 occasions, the service & rectification we have received from Urban Road has been outstanding. We appreciate the damage occurs in transit and not in the hands of Urban Road who are reliant on their couriers.”
