“I have an issue with a lip for Audi. The specification on the website is a bit tricky. look at the image attached. After that, I lost 100 USD in UPS and the other 10% per your vendor... You should re-check your refund policy.”

“I’m a tech at Volkswagen. Love it so far. Easy install fast shipping. Great packaging. Break in period right now so far everything is good. Feels good. Pictures are the clutch that came stock with the car after removal. The kid was learning how to drive started. Smoked the throw out bearing an the clutch. Bought the car an this clutch. 2nd pic is the new one.”

“The part I ordered was perfect! No problems with it. The only problem I had was shipping. I paid extra for 2day air shipping and it still took 7 days to arrive. I contacted FedEx and they said it wasn’t their fault.”

Thank you for leaving a review. I just took a look at your order and I see this package was delivered to you within 2 business days. The package was shipped out on 8/3 and delivered on 8/5. Are you able to tell me if this was delivered to a neighbor by mistake? I am not sure what happened as to why this took 7 days when the tracking shows 2.
