We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive his package. It looks like USPS had some issues delivering this to your location. You did purchase Route shipping insurance with this order. Route will send out a replacement or a full refund for the item. You would need to contact Route to start the claim with them. I will link their information below for you! “I will never use them again for something I can go to the vendor for. Only reason I went with them vs going through vendor was due to shipping break. That failed and still had to pay the full shipping. Might be great at other parts, but will never know. The main Vendor of the Rock sliders was amazing and over the too. Love the product.”
