“These people have went out of their way to help me more than once. This vendor is 1000% worth supporting. We all know there are a few bad vendors in the Euro community, in my opinion, but urotuning is not one of them.”

“It came dented where the coolant lines hook up but was able to straten it so the customer didn't have to wait for another one to arrive so had to discount my bill for the repair”

“The Ultralink does not support EA211 VAG 1.4T engines. Urotuning lists this vehicle as supported for the Ultralink and validated my VIN prior to purchase. After spending a bunch of time trying to get this to work, I contacted APR who advised me that my engine is not supported and the APR cannot be used with my vehicle. I contacted support and was advised I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping. I have been trying to reach customer service to get this addressed to no avail. It is not my fault the website lists this as a compatible product with my vehicle. It is also not my fault that the sales team validated this product will work with my car with my VIN prior to releasing the shipment. Full refund please.”

“never ended up getting my golf r mirror caps or sequential that i ended up spending about $247. i accidentally placed to a address that i previously lived at before. fortunately for me im still in contact with them, yet the package never came through. when i first placed order they said they would send an email with the tracking. got a bunch of junk spam emails while that one never came in. but i got the delivery and rate how my product is. whatever it is shouldn’t have to go through all this when you pay for exactly what you want. granted i did mess up i know the person that lives their because this isn’t the first time we left our old adress saved to a website.”
