“Exact part, exactly what I needed. Not that it's urotuning's fault, but the shipping on this tiny $6 part was $15 and the tracking never updated from the time they printed the label to the time it was in my mailbox.”

“Easy to find the exact part needed for my vehicle. Good choice of shipping methods. Prices are good for imported parts. Really pleased as it saved me $400. The VW dealer was going to charge me $500+ for the part and installation. With Urotuning, I paid $100 for the part and expedited shipping then it only took 10 minutes to replace the part following a simple YouTube video.”

“I gave this coilovers a poor rating after extensive investigating about the screaching sound everytime you steer either to the left or right. The problem is every time you steer the springs moves as well. Without anything stopping the spring from moving/rotating from its position thats were the sound comes from. Unlike the factory the top mount has a grove for the spring to sit and not move. My after market springs they have rubber on the top two coils for it to prevent from moving (See photo). REMEDY! installing a rubber or some sorts i.e. heatshrink might prevent the sping from moving in its position. If I only knew this before I would have tried everything before doing an alignment to my vehicle.”

“The best Company I have ever dealt with for automotive supplies . I use them for everything whether comes from the factory or custom part , they're knowledgeable and willing to help, and if there's anything wrong, they're always willing to help out and return period i'd love to get thanks to the best salesman there is Armin he is By far, the best salesman I've ever dealt with. And for returns, Dustin has been amazing to work with”

“Charged me $30 to return the set unopened and unused. Paid $75 got back $42, I’m not the only one either, saw other reviews of people paying $300+ and returning items and getting $240 back.”

“The studs will strip very easy. They are okay, I ended losing 10 studs while driving( yes I installed correctly, watched multiple vids, and got proper equipment) also reached out to UroTuning to see if they would send replacements, but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Overall my whole experience with this is very poor.”
