“I never recieved the wrench for my fifteen52 wheels and was not sent the proper color center wheel lock Nuts for my wheels.”

We apologize for any confusion when placing your order. The wheels do not come with the blue hex nuts or wrench. These parts are add-ons, however, if you are interested in ordering these items we would be more than happy to help you out for the confusion.

“Does exactly what it says on the tin. Quick and easy install. Good fitment, and bright LED bulbs. For a basic product it makes a big impact on the interior of the car. Great and super simple way to add ambient mood lights to a 10+ year old car”

We are very sorry to hear that the o-rings you ordered were incorrect. Are you able to provide us with more information as to what you received? The parts numbers should match what you received. We would be more than happy to help get this resolved. I was not able to locate another order with your email address provided to see what the other issues are that you mentioned.

“I was sent an incorrect size screw that mounts the water pump to the engine. It made me think I had stripped off the thread on the engine screw casing. I was very frustrated when I removed the water pump again and compared the screw with the other screws and it was significantly smaller! I had to reused one of the old screws.”

We are very sorry to hear that the wrong size screw was included in the kit. Do you have photos you can provide us with of the issue? These come from the manufacturer directly and we would need to contact them if there was an issue. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
