“Any issues were dealt with asap! Contact person Alex is great to deal with! Don’t waste your money!! As far as the TCU tune, A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AS THE DSG TRANSMISSION IS LOCKED AND IE DOESN’T HAVE AN ANSWER BUT WILL TAKE 500 DOLLARS PLUS FROM YOU! IE SHOULD STAND FOR IDIOT ENGINEERING!!”

“I ordered $1200 of parts, and received my package with missing components, and the turbo inlet PCV connection did not fit my model GLI. I emailed, waited 3 business days for a response, to which I emailed back immediately. 7 days later now, I’ve still received no update, and I’m sitting on a $1200 box of parts. Super disappointing for a first time customer.”
