“Love shopping with UroTuning they are easy to work with and REALLY fast shipping, wish they had the IE Downpipe but it was discontinued for my car (2013 A4 B8 2.0T), but they had the AWE, I would DEFINITELY recommend UroTuning.”

“Sent me 2 sets of 2 different coils, one set had been installed prior and was 10 years older production dated. Called twice, emailed, texted, it’s been a month no resolution.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. The coil pack kit you ordered ships directly from one of our suppliers, and unfortunately, it appears they sent a mixed set that included older stock and or used coils. Once we received your photos, our team immediately forwarded them to the supplier for review and requested replacements. They have since confirmed that they will resolve this issue immediately. While we don’t have direct control over how quickly the supplier processes the replacement, we are continuing to follow up to make sure this is handled properly. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience this has caused.
