“My front mount intercooler kit is currently stuck in customs”

“I ordered a shift knob that I payed about 210$ and then I changed my mind and decided to return the unopened package, Urotuning advised me that I will pay de returning fees which was fine but then started to up charge me with some more fees that makes absolutely no sens and finally offered me to refund only 14$, which I personally find disrespectful.”

“I worked with Armin who is great. The intake was very straightforward to install. I especially appreciated the thoughtful bracket to secure the pipe to the engine to limit rattle. Car drives better now and my seat ot the pant analysis is that it has more power. There is pleasant intake sound now.”

“I received my springs three days late and came in a FedEx box not in its original box. All the springs scratched thrown in the box on top of each other very disappointed. I emailed and called URO tuning I made a claim. still waiting they’re asking for more photos. I don’t have the time. I needed another set. That’s in its original box or my money back. now this is going to three weeks I will never do business with you guys again.”
