We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. It appears that you purchased Route shipping insurance on your order. You will need to file a claim with them for reimbursement or replacement. I see that we have emailed you the details to get that stated and have not heard back from you.

“I recently ordered a 2.0T tune up kit (ignition coils and plugs) and I am very happy with my order. I was able to choose between a few different spark plugs and went with the Bosch plugs to match the coils. Ordering was easy and I got my package in about 3 days with standard shipping. Even got an air freshener and sticker thrown in. This is my go to for Audi and VW parts!”

“Purchased a side skirt on Jan. 23rd and was told it’s going to be delayed until the 30th. Created a label for shipping on Feb. 6th stating that it is on its way. It is now Feb. 23rd and product still hasn’t shipped and no one wants to return my email. Some service huh!!”

We are sorry that you feel that way. For all returns, we charge a restocking fee as it takes time to repackage and item as well as inspect the item to ensure it is in perfect condition to sell. We have to think in terms of being fair to the next customer that is expecting a brand-new item.

“Best customer service, great knowledgeable staff, fast delivery, just an amazing all around company to deal with. After installing the big 6696 trim GTX turbo on the Mini JCW I needed to cool intake temps with a front mount, the staff pointed me the right direction and now I’m running consistent air temps all day.”
