“The product showed up damaged, shipping was astronomically high, product didn’t come with bolts or instructions, preset holes didn’t line up…honestly, probably won’t buy products from urotuning again.”

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. I do not see an email from you regarding the item showing up damaged. We would be more than happy to get this resolved right away for you. Are you able to email us at support@urotuning.com with photos of the damages? The majority of our items do not include installation instructions as they are meant for DIY customers, Installation generally is the reverse of removing the original part. If the installation is more complicated than that, we recommend professional installation or looking up installation videos/instructions for the same type of part online. We can try and track some down for you if you have trouble finding something. These are aftermarket items and will require some modification when installing as these are not OEM parts.

“I’m very impressed with my recent purchase of spark plugs and IE 3.0T cold air intake. The difference in performance is very nice, and the super charger whine is a sweet sweet sound. Delivery was quick and installation of everything took around 1.25 hours. I will definitely be making purchases in the future.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I just took a look at all of your orders and you qualified for free shipping on all of them. There is a state tax on your order that we must charge you for. This is not something that we can remove, unfortunately.
