“Ordered a set of Apex Arc 8’s in Hyperblack and concave like the picture in the AD showed. I received silver wheels with a flat face and the company is refusing to even exchange them.”

Nadem, We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong wheels. However, the reason we are not able to exchange them or take them back is that the wheels were mounted with tires and driven on. These are no longer in resealable condition to the next person who wishes to purchase them.

“After being totally screwed over by another aftermarket German car supplier located in West Chester PA, I inquired to Urotuning about a part I needed. Joe and Armin went truly above and beyond. We are sorry to hear that the shipping took so long. It appears that the post office may have sorted the package wrong or lost it. Then got the package to you a month after it shipped out. We apologize for that, however, this is something that is out of our control as it is physically not in our hands.

Please understand that a transmission rebuild kit is not something the manufacturers have on hand and is ready to ship when an order comes through. These are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. We do our best to keep the site updated as much as possible, this item is stated on the site that it is a direct ship from the manufacturer and is subject to their lead times.
