After looking into this I see that you used Apply pay. Unfortunately, any address that you have saved on your end will be entered. This was something that was out of our control when you placed the order on the site. It is always best to review all of the information before checking out on any site. “The box was in good condition but overall condition of the parts were damaged and 2 of the plugs were partially opened with a slightly smashed filter. Anyways it was ok for my first time. The parts work fine but not a fan that I paid an extra $10 for protection and it got jacked up.”

We are sorry to hear that the parts arrived with some damage. Are you able to email us at Support@urotuning with photos of the damages? We would be more than happy to make this right. The package protection does not ensure that your package will arrive safely, however, it provides insurance if there is an issue you will be covered. Route will cover more than just lost or damaged packages they also cover theft if the package is stolen after it has been delivered to you.
