“Doing so prep work to modify my exhaust on my 2013 A5 (B8.5) 2.0T Quattro from a single side dual exhaust to either a dual single exhaust or a quad exhaust. Installed the heat shield in advance until I'm able to determine my path forward. The installation was quick and easy and took no amount of time to complete. Though Heat Shield Kit | Audi B8 A4 2.0T this fit my A5 perfect”

Ruel, We apologize if there was any miscommunication via email. The item CAN be returned for another part, however, Bilstein is out of stock of these currently. If you would like to wait until they have more we would be more than happy to get that going for you. The other option was a partial refund of $30 as the item you received has some minor blemishes, but will not have any influence on the performance of the strut. Please let us know how you would like to proceed as we have not heard back from you via email.
