We apologize that the item listing was vague and will work to update the site to avoid confusion. The size of this clamp is 55 mm ID and fits a lot of different models. As mentioned on the site it is best to check your vehicle exhaust size first before ordering or you can give us a call if you are unsure. We are always happy to help in any way that we can.

“This is the worst product i have ever bought. It looks like some one went to home depot and cut a plastic piece. The edge was not trimmed properly. I warn you do not buy this product. You will regret spending your money.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product that you purchased. The cuts on the splitters should be smooth under the paper. It looks like the packing paper has rough edges, but the item underneath was cut well. Have you removed the whole item from the packaging to see how it looks? “I recently purchased a head replacement kit for an Audi Q5 2.0 and received it just as promised. While reassembling the engine I realized the head was incorrect due to my oversight with the engine id. I called and spoke with Dylan in customer service he gathered all the information from my vehicle and confirmed with his sources and was able to get me the correct head to complete the job. I would highly recommend Urotuning.”

“YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR YOU, BUT I WILL ANYWAYS. WHERE DO I START? I ORDERED SOME PARTS FOR MY CAR ON 7/9/2. TODAY IS 7/27/22. I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS AND MY ITEMS WOULD BE DELIVERED. SO YOU CAN SEE IT HAS BEEN WAY OVER 3-7 DAYS SINCE ORDERING AND STILL NO PARTS FOR MY CAR. IN FACT, THEY ARE HELD UP IN FLORIDA FOR MORE THAN 12 DAYS. NOW ABOUT A WEEK AGO I CALLED AND ASKED WHERE MY PARTS WERE AND I WAS TOLD IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND CAN NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY OR RESEND THE ITEMS SINCE THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD UP TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. I AM MORE THAN ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR A RESOLUTION TO THIS. MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING OUT OF SERVICE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS WHEN I WAS TOLD 3-7 DAYS. THIS IS NOTHING LESS THAN B.S. SERVICE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME WHEN I CALLED FOR AN UPDATE BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY.”

We are very sorry to hear that the items have not arrived to you. Looking at your order I see this was placed on the weekend of the 9th. We shipped out your order via USPS on the 12th. It appears that USPS is having some issues with delivering the package to you. Unfortunately, once the packages leave our location they are outside of our control. “Im pleased with Urotuning's customer service and prompt response to my inquiry about the status of my order on a CTS Turbo exhaust I purchased from them. However I was pleased with the exhaust I received cause it wasn't fully polished as it was depicted on the website and from their description of the product I would receive.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you are overall pleased with the exhaust. The exhaust should be polished on the tips and the visible parts. The ad does not state the exhaust is fully polished, though.

“The website said that these would fit on my 2002 VW Beetle GLS TDI and they don’t. The connectors are totally different and the hole in the body for them is a different size. Since my old side markers broke coming out of the car I will just have to make these work, which is fine but I wish it didn’t show up as fitting for my car when it clearly does not.”
