“UroTuning is the best retail supplier of Euro parts/mods that I've ever dealt with. No one likes a customer ''in a hurry'' but I explained to Allen my situation and he had my parts out the door the same day. I can't say how much I appreciate the extra effort and the colossal amount of money saved because Allen was willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!”

“Shipping time was good, packaging and protection was amazing, front lip seems to be decent quality ABS. Did not come with any mounting hardware as shown in picture, or In description. I reached out to support and haven’t heard anything back yet, but has only been two days. Only reason for 5 stars is because their customer service and shipping time was good, and I assume it’s an issue in Maxtons’ side.”

“Mirror caps do not fit at all, to many tabs and even when trying to place it the corner of the mirror cap is way more cut in then the OEM one fitment on them are terrible. When emailing uro tuning about so they had nothing to say but send us pictures? And telling me to return them ? How does a website say they fit the car then the company says they don’t? Make it make sense”

Yerri, We are very sorry to hear that these caps did not fit your vehicle. We are currently looking into this issue as it appears that we may have a bad batch from the manufacturer. As you mentioned these caps have more tabs on them than the factory cap. We ask for photos so we can look into the issue and let our manufacturer know about the issues in hopes of a resolution. We will provide you with a full refund as we do not have any caps that will work for your vehicle currently. We apologize for all of the inconvenience this has caused you. “Bought a VTT dual catch can, box came with a missing hose inside, call customer service for days and they never answer the phone, send several emails and the only response was to take a picture of the product to see if the manufacturer want to take it back. I got frustrated and stopped responding, i need to chew the $422 i spend on it never going to buy anything else from VTT or urotuning again in my life, people be aware they not answering phone calls and barely responding to emails. Wont worth the hazle.”

Jose, We are very sorry to hear that the part was missing an item. Since these ship from VTT directly we request photos of what you receive so we can have the manufacturer correct the issue and send out the missing items. I see that you emailed us about the issues that you had, we replied back and have not heard anything as you mentioned you have stopped responding. We are more than happy to get this resolved so you do not have to eat the cost of the part, however, we ask that you please provide us the opportunity to work on this and make it right for you. If you are able to send photos of everything that you received we will get with VTT and have them ship the missing items.
