“Uro Tuning sold me a supposed new BW turbo. However we found metal fillings and a crack in the turbo. We had to return the turbo and purchase another one elsewhere in order to get the car back on the road quickly.”

This item shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, however, we are sorry to hear that We are sorry to hear about the issue you had with the turbo. I see that we provided you with a label to return the item and there is no movement on the tracking. Was the item returned?

“Julian Diaz is amazing. I'm in the middle of an engine build and needed a mk7 golf r cylinder head. He tracked it down, had it shipped to urotuning, and got it to me in a week. From Germany. Wow. Any other option was more than a month. I called everyone. Thank you so much.”

“I had a problem with my pressure regulator in my 2013 R vw Touareg TDI, i tried to found in many different places but they only offer me a wrong part number, i found in Urotuning with the right part number for my car , and the delivery was expedited , install in my car and works perfect.
