“I ordered the kit on 1/10, now being 1/24 and still have not received the product. While the UROTuning team got the order out the door, FedEx has re-routed the package 5 times. URO did their part and understand shipping sucks right now... But I want my parts...”

“It took almost 3 weeks for the boot to ship even with 2nd day selected which isnt fully UroTuning’s fault but I wasn’t made aware that it would be that long, otherwise they were very good and the person from support i talked to was awesome.”

“The decals did not fit my car has the model is different than the sedan. UroTuning contacted Lumin-x and they create a new sticker to fit my car. Kudos to both of them and thank you to Tucker for taking care of the issue. Good job.”
