“I love the build quality and finish. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it doesn’t stay tight. I have to tighten down the set screws once a week, otherwise the knob becomes loose and wiggles. I’m hoping urotuning has a solution for me to fix this.”

Hello Robert! Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes when an aftermarket brand is out of stock, we will replace it with another aftermarket brand, or upgrade it to an OE/OEM/Genuine part if that is available and we will be able to fulfill the order faster. It does appear that a CS representative offered a return for a refund on this part, as we did not get the order canceled before it shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and if you would still like to return the part for a refund we can set that up for you, just let us know!

“My order started with the original part being back ordered, I was emailed the next day saying if I was ok with a different color they could get it shipped to me ASAP. Got my part in decent time. “Well the website was easy to use and they had exactly what i was looking for at a great price. Shipping by USPS got a little messed up but its hard to say who's fault it was but they communicated with me promptly 2 days after it was delivered.”
