“Urotuning has great customer support and have always shipped my items on time. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have sold a lot of these kits and have not had any issues with them not fitting. These kits are meant to fit the stock mounts as that is what they are made for. The part should not require any modification to fit. “I’m still waiting for the parts, show is delivered but still missing I pay for the insurance but they send me to the police to get a police report for theft and ibuold them the I don’t have time because I work far and return late and trying the online ad is not working because is a different city so I lost my money…. And the giant don’t care”

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received this package. Looking at the order Route insurance was purchased on your order. All claims MUST go through Route as they will reimburse you for the order or replace the order for you. They do require a police report to start the claim for a stolen package. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do as we are not the insurance company.

“This was amazing! Even with the delay in the product, customer service was beyond expected! Every step of the way including delivery updates! Constant and perfect communication that I have not seen from a company in years! It took two months to get the intake from the UK but the way they communicated made it so much easier to wait. You and your team are a benchmark for what a company should be! I will be ordering many more parts for my Mini project!”

“I recently picked up my VW GTI and was looking around for a place that would guide me when making upgrades. I was a die hard Honda fan before hand. When I started searching I came across UroTuning. I was confuse on parts and reached out. They where truly amazing with my questions and purchase. I met some of the guys at the recent EuroTrippee9 and omg these guys are amazing. So much so I went back and bought more parts from them like Intercooler and charge pipes.”
